I think I get an idea from your hint . I was so super excited about this retirement that I even bought a - not quite cheap - ticket for one of Lufthansa´s last 737 flights on the last schedule day for those. Sadly the crew was in a hurry because we were late due to a technical problem, but they were still quite nice to me and let me take pictures from the cockpit. I even had the chance to sit in Jan´s former captain seat . Still it was a really sad to see LHs Bobby roll away for the last time from the gate at Stuttgart airport. I took some footage of the flight on my phone, so if there is interest, I might upload it here. Now I can´t wait to get my hands on v1.1 of the IXEG 737 that I will definitely continue to fly for years.

Looking forward to the product. Looking better and better each version! What about the cloud lighting at night? Initially in v3 the clouds were quite dark at night, which I liked, but then it got changed. Will we be able to adjust that to our likings in this version(just asking )? @jolmos Do you use the IXEG built in view presets which can be found in the lower left hand corner of the screen? There have been various users (including me) who experienced a major drop in the fps when using these (don´t know if this has already been fixed because I´m currently not at my X-Plane computer ). If this isn´t the case I´d also recommend to check your Vram usage like Ricardo suggested. Otherwise I honestly don´t understand what´s going on with your machine because I´m getting awesome frames in any location with the IXEG 733 although I only have a normal rig (3.6 Ghz, Gtx 760 2gb, etc.). I don´t know too much about all the other things you guys were writing about, but what I did notice is that the real 733 ´ rapidly "drops down" on wheels immediately after touchdown and when speedbrakes come up´ exactly like you wrote. The fix you provided for the IXEG 733 looks very promising and I´m certainly going to have a look at it. But since I´m not a big fan of fixes, I really hope that you, IXEG, look at this too and find a way to put this in a future update for the 733. It already is imho the single best aircraft ever developed for any flight sim, especially concerning the flight and ground dynamics, and therefore this would truly take the 733 even one step further ahead! Keep up the great work! EDIT: to apply this fix for now, do I only need to change these constants in plane maker and load the lua fix into my lua scripts folder?

Well nowadays - at least for me - it´s hard to imagine that 747s flew into El Alto in the past. Then again I´d have loved to see that (can´t find any video in the internet).

@skiselkov Ok that sounds good but how do you avoid that you see your copilot´s aircraft inside of yours? Or do you disable all other aircraft in Xsquawkbox?

@skiselkov how do you use VATSIM in combination with smart copilot? As far as I know there is no observer mode with Xsquawkbox so how do you do that?

Is anyone else here experiencing problems with the legs page? I ask that because everytime I fly with a friend of mine the legs pages are not synced correctly and so one person always has discontinuities in the flight plan that the other person doesn´t have. When he then tries to delete them, everything is fine for him but I get other discontinuities. Also the next waypoint as displayed on the FMC legs page is different for us two (using 1.4.8 and 1.0.7).

Hi Jan, I didn´t enter M074F360 into the FMC nor did I use the coroute function (because I can´t find a format on Simbrief that works with the IXEG 733; maybe somebody can help me out with that?). This "M074F360" is written here in the route because I am lazy and for this post I simply copied the route line from Simbrief . I did try to enter the NAT F points manually but I didn´t find the correct terminus for waypoints like "N51W050". How do you enter that into the FMC?

I tried this now two times and both times I got a soft crash exactly at the same time: I was trying to fly some long haul from EGTE (Exeter) to CYQX (Gander). I entered the route (EGTEDCT DIDEL UL149 MERLY UL22 MOPAT DCT MALOT/M074F360 NATF ALLRY/N0422F360 DCT YQX DCT CYQX) and everything worked fine (I don´t know yet how to enter a north atlantic track though) but when I selected a visual approach into runway 03 in Gander, the FMC crashed both times. I´m using the latest Navigraph cycle 1607. Here is the Gizmo log file (don´t know where to find the debug log file)GizmoLog.txt EDIT: A visual approach procedure into any other runway works at CYQX.

Yesterday I tried smart copilot for the first time and with the IXEG 733. We used 1.0.7 and 1.4.5 with weather. It worked brilliant! Thank you so much for creating this awesome config file!! When taking off, our speed tapes didn't work. After disabling this failure in the failures menu everything worked fine. Is this a known bug with smart copilot because we both had failures turned off? Are there other known limitations with 1.4.5.? Once again, keep up the great work!!

how do I reset the FMC after a flight with the new version?

yes I know that´s why I really like your work so much I think I found my problem. I was similar to the video because I bounced on one wheel only and so the speedbrakes didn´t deploy until touchdown with two wheels. I tried it a few times and it works fine. Thanks for your help!

It´s not a real bug but I definitely think that the ground spoiler effectivity on the IXEG 733 is too small compared to the real one. I mean by that, that when a real B737 touches down with a bounce, it will kind of fall back to the ground because the deploying spoilers take away a lot of lift. When I bounce a little with the IXEG 733, it doesn´t "fall" to the runway again. I´m gonna try to take a video for you I hope you might change this in the future. Kind regards, K4bel123
