  1. This is an issue with X-Plane, certain graphics cards, and the SVS system. Keeping SVS disabled is the only option for now.
  2. User-triggerable failures are only part of our Pro licenses (the maintenance and wear-based failures are still part of the retail version).
  3. The data sources for the G500 are not adjustable. We do read from the X-Plane datarefs largely, so for certain datarefs, if they are write-adjustable by X-Plane, theoretically you could override them and then what you set there could show, but that isn't something we officially support.
  4. Our X-Plane 12 products require the latest MacOS version, Ventura (13.x).
  5. If you are trying to use the version of the Islander with the G5s integrated into the virtual panel, there is a separate aircraft file to load, that is labeled (G5) in the X-Plane aircraft selection interface. If you don't see that option, try re-running the Islander installer.
  6. Currently all X-A products need to run on Rosetta mode w/ Apple Silicon due to the Gizmo plugin from X-A that handles product activation.
  7. Dual cue isn't currently a feature we simulate.
  8. This isn't a feature that is simulated by the X-Plane X1000, which handles all of the navigation for our G1000. At this time, LR does not provide any mechanism whatsoever for us to modify their navigational behavior in the X1000.
  9. We have a pending bug that has been filed with Laminar Research on this, it is a bug on their end.
  10. I would not recommend changing that setting, as it can cause significant issues with the autopilot response tuning. If it isn't causing you other issues, you can keep it, but just something to be aware of.
  11. Those settings appear correct. I'd recommend making sure you are on the latest RXP GNS version. If it continues, can you send a video of what you are seeing?
  12. Sensitivity of your hardware trim wheel isn't something we have control over. I'd recommend checking your calibration and seeing if X-Plane provides any options, but I'm not familiar with that in particular.
  13. In g500.cfg for the aircraft where you installed the G500, change the "v_config_*" values to the KIAS speeds for that aircraft. The V-markers and airspeed ranges will adjust as appropriate based on the entries there.
  14. Looking into this to see if it is anything on our end or X-Plane's. Thanks for the report.
  15. In order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. You can find a guide to get this file here: How to find the X-Plane log.txt file?
  16. The oil temp is being looked into against our database of real flight logs. Tuning will be in the next update.
  17. Can you screenshot and upload images of the full RXP configuration page for the GNS430 in-sim, in the SR22? (You will probably need to take multiple as it scrolls a ways down)
  18. On the second GNS430, when in the FPL view, select menu, then crossfill. It will grab the latest flight plan from the primary GNS430.
  19. X-Plane 12.06 broke popups. This should be fixed in 12.06b3, hopefully rolling out sometime next week.
  20. The Islanders are not pressurized.
  21. The GTN650 offset is a bug on our side we'll get fixed in the next update, expecting sometime in August. From the screenshot, I can't immediately see what other issue there may be.
  22. The persist.cfg file is located in the Islander's folder /plugins/is_systems/settings folder.
  23. Based on X-Plane graphics settings and graphics cards, under certain settings the decals can appear to have transparent edges. This is an XP bug.
  24. HDR panel lighting is expected to use some additional performance, but it will vary based on settings and graphics cards. I’d recommend trying other graphics settings to see if you can reduce the fps loss as that is much more significant of a drop than we are expecting.
  25. The autopilot mode control buttons are default X-Plane commands.
