  1. No. It does not work in 64 bit. It does work, sort of, in 32 bit. It works fantastically in V9.7!
  2. I think psanker actually meant to ask you to post your log.txt. Attach your log.txt and we can take a look at it and tell what you may or may not be missing. The log.txt doesn't just help when there are crashes. It tells us how your sim is performing and if you're missing files. Can't help you much without the log.txt.
  3. I read late last night a report that stated the Vietnamese Navy had seen the aircraft on their radar and watched it disappear. The report also stated they (Vietnamese Navy) were indeed picking up an ELT signal.
  4. Does this mean you've opened up the Joystick and Equipment menu and assigned all the axes to the appropriate movements?
  5. Try deleting your preferences and then recalibrate the yoke and rudder pedals.
  6. What exactly is the issue? It might help solve the problem if we knew exactly what the problem is.
  7. Looks like you needed to reset the SASL plugin. Your strobes weren't flashing the way they should. Nice video! Thanks for sharing.
  8. Nice video. Care to elaborate?
  9. He's using a plugin called Chase View Deluxe made by STMA. It's available at the org store.
  10. You're quite welcome!
  11. Sounds like you've got Xavion set up in the Network settings. When you are using Xavion you cannot unselect real time and date.
  12. You can't manually set more than one waypoint at a time in the stock GNS430. You create an FMS flight plan and save it in your output>FMS plans folder and then assign a button to "Load FMS" in the buttons menu in the joystick and equipment assignments. I use Goodway to create my FMS plans. Someone created a fairly detailed manual for the X-Plane Garmin and you can find it by searching the downloads at the org.
  13. Does HDR have to be on as well?
  14. Tooshay, Ben. Goran asked for an example. I presented one. And you added another. Well played.
  15. How about this one, Goran? If I hadn't seen it in these forums I would have thought it was a quote from the org shoutbox. Sounds a lot like something Brett would say over there. That type of post is sure to encourage people to share their thoughts or pitch in to help others.
  16. I believe you would use WED to add the data. Read the WED manual.
  17. For help adding the waypoints yourself, check out this page: http://wiki.x-plane.com/Category:Scenery_Development
  18. It's probably not you. X-Plane nav data may very well be missing those waypoints. The best thing to do when you find missing waypoints, incorrect runway designations, incorrect airport ICAO codes or the like, is e-mail your findings to Robin Peel so he can include the corrections in the next X-Plane Airport and Navigation data update. http://data.x-plane.com/index.html For guidelines on reporting errors, click this link: http://data.x-plane.com/contact.html His e-mail address is robin@x-plane.com
  19. Funny thing is I think there is plenty of embarrassing, rude or questionable behavior in these forums as well. Doesn't take much digging to find posts by community leaders, developers and basic members that would give Austin reason to be displeased. I'm sure Austin is all too aware of what goes on in these forums as well as at the org.
  20. Carenado doesn't seem to care that Jason Chandler made the same models of Pipers and Cessnas that they are selling and they continue to forge ahead with their development. Pete at SMS is building a Beaver even though STMA sells one. 4Forces is still upgrading their C152 even though Carenado sells one. I'm sure there are many other similar comparisons. You have no reason to stop development other than somebody stepped on your toes and hurt your feelings by releasing one first. You have no reason to feel "betrayed" in that you don't have a non-compete contract saying nobody else can build the plane you're working on. If yours is going to be so much better, you will still have a market when it is released. So get over it….pull up your boots and get back to work!
  21. Looks like a fun little plane!
  22. Try hitting the 'V' key to release the parking brake.
  23. Had you provided that information previously, there would have been no reason for my reply. Information is key, dude.
  24. Wow! Publicly announcing your illicit activities. Kinda like the bank robber chick who posted about it on Facebook. If he had legitimately bought the Baron in the first place, why the hell would he need your wife's download link? That's highly suspicious.
  25. Jos, Can you post your log.txt file? Also, you wouldn't happen to have some additional hardware you're not telling us about, like a Saitek Switch panel?
