Hi Everybody, Welcome aboard.... this is an Alaska Airlines Flight (flight number 1172), with nonstop service from Portland Oregon to Phoenix Arizona. We depart Portland International (Rwy 28L) via WHAMY4 and arrive in Phoenix Sky Harbor (Rwy 26) via BRUSR1. Just some minor audio bugs that still need to be worked out along with the same A/T disconnect @ 80knots issue I've had for some time now. Other than that, it was a nice enjoyable flight!

Hi Everybody, This is a Southwest Airlines Flight, flight #2287 with nonstop service from Phoenix Sky Harbor to Albuquerque International. We are parked at gate D4, our takeoff runway is 25R and our departure out of Phoenix is the FORPE1 departure. We descend into our arrival airport via the KRKEE3 STAR (Albuquerque International), our arrival runway is 03 and our gate assignment is A8.

Happy New Year all. Great plane, but the ILS issue is a real frustration. I use this plane to help me with real world currency, so having ILS capability is a must. And Like many of us we have extremely busy lives. So the idea of spending precious free time trying to fix things is doubly frustrating. To the developers: understand that my frustration, and probably some others, is that you’ve developed a great plane that people want to fly, but is currently incapable of flying one of the staple approaches in the IFR world (without an investment of time from your clients to fix). I totally agree with jrw4 above; issue the ILS fix now, and the minor rain / ice fixes at your own timeframe. To be quite honest, I could care less about the rain / ice. I need an ILS capable TBM 900 now. So please, give us the fix that really means something to us right now. Thanks.

Please try to understand this from the perspective of users who paid $65 for what well may be the most expensive add-on GA aircraft in X-Plane, doubly so for those who paid for it during the last seven months without having been told that the most basic ILS technology (which works in every default XP aircraft) is nonfunctional in the Hot Start TBM900. This is a customer relations issue, not a technical one. It's X-Aviation's reputation that's on the line, not that of the customers. If you wish to censor and scold us, then have at it. I'm not so sure that works well in the social media-rich world of 2021, but give it a try. The developers had over half a year to fix this problem and, indeed, claim to have done so, but do not want to bear the expense of releasing that fix. That's a business decision over which the customers have no control, but it may come at a significant reputational cost. Happy New Year everyone. Be safe.

Cameron, Now I understand that your workaround is for people not interested in having navdata regularly updated. I certainly missed that point, I'm sorry, I'm not writing in my mother tongue and some subtlety can certainly escape me. I also understand very well that it's just a game, and there's nothing sensational or dramatic in it. I'm just writing to understand more and better, I'm a doctor and a real life IR private pilot, definitely not a computer expert. But, I have to say, the impression is that all the posts here really bother and irritate you, even the most correct, gentle, constructive and "innocent" of them. And, sometimes, your answers sound pretty "aggressive", I hope you understand what I mean. Goran's answers are there to show that it hasn't to be necessarily so. But, again, could only be my erroneous perception of it. In that case, please excuse me. Thank you very much, anyway, yours is by far the best virtual aircraft around. Bye from Milan Stefano

I Purchased the TBM in early October I would consider 3 Months to be an excessive amount of time to wait for the fix, however I understand your comment with regard to Navigraph and XPlane 11.41 and update to 11.50, but with respect your website does not state the incompatibility with XPlane 11.50 at the time of purchase. I want to purchase more of XAviation products but I would like to have confidence that the product support team are sympathetic to the purchasers concerns with regards to fixing known issues in a reasonable timeframe.
