Rain effect is not implemented yet. However, more things and features are to come after the initial release. The Beaver add-on will have a product life cycle with updates along the way and not just bug fixes.2 points

Some would say sarcasm is a playground for individuals with a weak mind Ben, ever heard that before? Do a bachelordegree in Media, ICT and Design and extra degree in 3D Design and Animation count Ben? Nevertheless, I found a workaround, picked SkyMaxx apart and incorporated things I needed into my sim and voila it finally got breathtaking Love you too Ben, but aren't we all unique characters?1 point

This is one of the buildings that were redone entirely and the texture resolution increased. In the first image the lights appear on but i solved that after the picture was taken, Never mind the ground, still work in progress
