Reality isn't subject to rendering on a computer display. Trying to cram the color space of "reality" into a computer display is literally like looking at the world through a drinking straw. Trade offs must be made.1 point

Compare the Histograms from the above images. SkyMAXX: Default X-Plane: Default X-Plane is demonstrably brighter. Maybe it's the puffiness giving the illusion that SkyMAXX is lighter... X-Plane just gives you a uniform smear of .. well... crap.

The sarcasm is unneeded, and the simulation of the product for which its intended use is in a flight simulator is unhindered. If it truly is an issue it'll be fixed, updated, and released when the time comes. Until then, you're the only customer of very many to complain about it, making it very obvious it's not the number one priority in the line right now. Hate to be blunt, but I think you wanted that in the end. Thanks.-1 points
