  1. I was completely blown off after seeing this !! Just amazing !! Wish we had this engine in X-Plane 10. In the second video you actually see how it feels like to ACTUALLY fly through the clouds unlike X-Plane 10 in which visibility drops to zero as soon as you touch the cloud layer.

  2. I would be really suprised if the performance is poor. If they charge $200 K for this and the performance is poor they will stuggle and or disappear real fast. It is really difficult (if not impossible) fool good developers or large software companies to purchase poor performance SDKs, that's not the case with regular software customers (no harm intended).

  3. You'll have no issues at all with your license for a dual install. As Javier has stated, you'll need to install two times to ensure ALL of the files make it into the right place for each version. Also be sure to select X-Plane 9 or X-Plane 10 when it asks you which version of X-Plane! Very important! Please don't hesitate to get back to us if you have any issues. We're here to help!

  4. Hi, at what time exactly was the fixed installer active in your servers? I downloaded it 15.5 hrs ago but won't be able to try for a day or so Can't wait to hear how she performs in 10. Edit- nah don't worry, I see you still get a choice, so I'll be picking 10!

  5. Hi, all, I have just completed coding some core autopilot functionality that is unique to the Saab. We are working very hard to make majority of this aircraft "study" worthy, and as such most mimics the real world AOM for the Saab 340. This has been a long time coming, but it's finally great to see the bits and pieces working as they should in sim. It's definitely cool to be able to cycle through the climb modes on climb out and see the aircraft do the proper thing as it would in real life! We still stick by our internal deadline and maintain that we'll have this product out this month. Once we know we can meet our proposed in-month deadline we'll announce that finalized date for certain. In the meantime: See you in the skies! 8)

  6. Here are sample images of the index maps for the new Tennessee scenery. I've included the overview map, which will be available on RealScenery.com. The larger images are examples of the detail included with the scenery on DVD. All RealScenery packages include high-resolution sectional charts to help plan all of your flights! The index map shows all of the areas included with the Tennessee RealScenery. Each scenery area is 1 square degree, which is approximately 3,800 square miles / 9,840 square kilometers at the latitude of Tennessee. Each full scenery area will contain 1600 images! Zoomed-in sample of the Memphis East scenery area: Full resolution sample:
