dbw11 Posted August 24, 2022 Report Posted August 24, 2022 Is there a way to simply bypass the FBO experience and get in the aircraft engines started and ready to taxi or take off? It's probably an interesting experience to participate in this but more often than not only so much time is available to go for a flight. This is the reason I've been holding off buying. Dave

Dave The easiest way is to do the pre-flight with your normal starting fuel once and the save that state (for each airframe). Then you can restore that state any time in the future, and set your payload (pax) through the X-Plane weight & balance window. 1 1
kutyafal Posted September 8, 2022 Report Posted September 8, 2022 In Non-Persistant mode, is there a way to simply change the avionics units from lbs to kg?

kutyafal Posted September 9, 2022 Report Posted September 9, 2022 Super! One more quick question. What is this on the ND? From the pop-up when I hold down right mouse button and drag I can make what seems a measurement line for bearing/distance. Is it just for that or is it used for some other purpose also?
flyingfudge Posted September 9, 2022 Report Posted September 9, 2022 That's what it is. Bearing & distance pointer.
birdy.dma Posted September 9, 2022 Report Posted September 9, 2022 You can also store and reuse this pilot waypoint. 1
Pils Posted September 9, 2022 Report Posted September 9, 2022 The RMB is moving the little joystick on the CCP! Pressing one of the buttons, I think on a knob, brings up the GPS coordinates in the scratchpad.
