How to Fix - APU PUMP FAIL

How do I fix the APU PWR FUEL "PUMP FAIL/SOV CLOSED" 
even after a clean new airframe,
Already tried the APU reset switch behind the Left engine

I had this playing with an exterior panel. go to the apu panel aft on pilots side under the nacelle.  open that theres a reset button

was not able to fix it so i restarted XP and created a new Airframe and that fixed it

A true one percenter: plane broken? Throw it out and buy a new one!

I had this too after playing with failures. I found the reset worked, however, the a/c needs to be powered on AC and the 'Power/Fuel' button in (system ON)

I did select the reset button, but the panel doesn't seem to be powered? It didn't reset the problem for me.  So if I understand correctly, the APU power button on the overhead has to be ON in order for it to work?

The benefit of this problem was that I was forced to learn how to get the ground air cart working and starting my plane.  I got EGT up to 1000 degrees, but got it working in the end!  Derp.
