cloudfreak1 Posted July 17, 2017 Report Posted July 17, 2017 ...thanks for the demo ,have now changed as seen above but no luck (only strong fps drop) Quote
mfor Posted July 17, 2017 Report Posted July 17, 2017 Interestingly I get the same reflections regardless of the reflection setting. However in all cases they are relatively weak and only seem to appear if the sun is more or less directly behind you. XP11, GTX 1070, W10 Quote

So, probably there is no bug, just you have to find the exact conditions to get those reflections. XP11.02r2, linux mint 18.1, GTX980Ti Okay. Thanks mishaikin. I try it out later. I have the same GPU but OS I have the win10. Quote
mishaikin Posted July 17, 2017 Report Posted July 17, 2017 I think the light source and viewing angle is what matters. But after all could you imagine what fun would be to fly if your displays were not usable all the time Sent from my VKY-L29 using Tapatalk Quote
heinz92 Posted July 17, 2017 Report Posted July 17, 2017 So, what does "high enough" mean? How high has the reflection setting be to see those effects? Quote

Dejan Posted July 17, 2017 Report Posted July 17, 2017 Can we achieve that glassy look on PFD and gauges from xp10 or that is not possible in xp11? 1 Quote
Morten Posted July 17, 2017 Report Posted July 17, 2017 (edited) As Jan suggested, a small mistake was made just prior to release so that the latest cockpit reflections did not make into v 1.2. It will get fixed for the next update, sorry about that. Mo Edited July 17, 2017 by Morten 5 Quote
judeb Posted July 18, 2017 Report Posted July 18, 2017 Thank the stars! I thought I was going nuts! Quote
mishaikin Posted July 18, 2017 Report Posted July 18, 2017 Am I then the only one getting those reflections ? Sent from my VKY-L29 using Tapatalk Quote
jojo2993 Posted July 18, 2017 Report Posted July 18, 2017 In XP11 it looks like there is some glass missing on the slip indicator. 1 Quote

I showed this video - https://www.twitch.tv/videos/160083962 to a cousin who is also 737-300 FO and the first thing he saw were the finger prints with the reflections and he said that he always cleans them before flight and wants to brake the fingers of those who touch the displays 2 Quote
jonfrederickl Posted July 24, 2017 Report Posted July 24, 2017 In the old Xp10 version we had dynamic reflections on the Navigation display and artificial horizon, where are they gone? Quote
