[1.0.4] Trim not aligned between Ground Service menu and TAKEOFF page

Just a tiny one, I noticed that apparently the Ground Service menu and the Takeoff page use either not the same calculation for T/O trim, or there's a rounding somewhere (really just a minor difference, no impact on functionality):
