  2. I recently bought a brand new, legitimate personal license, paying with my own debit card. However, I haven't been able to use the software for a single second. The exact moment I tried to log in for the very first time with my new account, I got a red error: "Activation is already blocked." (Machine ID: 4a4c324f). I am simply a private aviation student rigorously preparing for my technical pilot examinations from home. I bought my own license precisely to do the right thing and practice legally. I already sent support clear photographic evidence of my room and my home study setup to prove I am just a student, but they have ignored me for over 2 days now. It feels very unfair to pay for a product and be completely locked out of it from day one, while also being ignored by customer service.
  3. Hi everyone, I am posting here because I am completely out of options and haven't received a reply from the support desk in over 48 hours. I'm hoping an admin or someone from the team can look into this, or maybe the community has some advice. I recently purchased a new, legitimate personal license for the RealSimGear G500 under my own account and email. However, when I try to activate it, I get a red error: "Activation is already blocked. Contact X-Aviation for assistance" (Machine ID: 4a4c324f). The context: Support (Cameron) informed me that my machine was flagged. This happened because a friend of mine (Diego) previously made the mistake of logging into his account on my personal computer. Support assumed I was a commercial flight school trying to bypass commercial licensing. I completely understand why the system flagged my hardware initially. The issue: I am NOT a commercial entity. I am just a private aviation student studying for my technical exams from home. Because I wanted to do the right thing and practice my instrument procedures legally, I bought my own personal license with my own debit card. I explained this misunderstanding to support and sent them clear photographic evidence of my room, my home desk setup, and my study materials to prove I am just a student at home. Since sending those proofs 2 days ago, I have been completely ignored. I paid for a product that I haven't been able to use for a single second since the payment went through. I don't want to initiate a bank chargeback; I just want to use the software I rightfully paid for. Can any admin please review my ticket, look at the photos I sent, and unblock my machine ID so I can activate my purchase? Thank you for your time. Darwin

  5. Yes.
  6. Is there anything planned to mitigate this?
  7. Last week
  8. That's some bad luck!
  9. I have just loaded into that session (which was auto-saved) and the issue is still there.
  10. same issues here with passing the Level-2 check https://i.gyazo.com/628258c3f8c811de7218ac7497a28b6d.png Log.txt
  11. Thanks. A fix will be in the next update. You can use the exterior panel for the time being.
  12. All reports say this is intermittent and resolves upon reload.
  13. Hello, there seems to be an issue with the fonts on Mac, see attached picture. I'm running latest MacOS 26.3.1 (a), X-Plane 12.4.2 Beta. This is the only section I've seen it, all other text looks good.
  14. Made up stories from a dramatic streamer. Nothing new.
  15. NO, this stream was not particular to IXEG but in the stream he that talked about how IXEG abandoned the project.
  16. What I found was that once the engines are running, then you can activate the mode. That doesn't make a ton of sense to me....I have observed some voltage datarefs begin tied to the engine RPMs...but can't speak to as if there's some connection between voltage and the mode...that's philipp's territory. I do know that Philipp has spent a ton of time fiddling with electrics and he also writes the code for autopilot behavior. If he shows up at FSExpo, I plan to get some clarifications on how its supposed to work and how he designed things. He may have a perfectly plausible explanation. But if you start the engines...then everything does seem to work as expected.
  17. How do I correct that?

  20. I hope the update will give us much brighter illumination of the instruments. Otherwise this is among my favorite planes on XP12.4
  21. The Moo can give you same Headache, for sure. It's not a "Easy to Handle" Plane and that's why I like it. And you have to fly it by Numbers like a Jet. I did a short Check with GPU connected. After Engine Start and disconnection of the GPU, Generators ON and all other Settings from the List, the AP did work too when up in the Air. Again, no AP Mode Selection when on the Ground. Did you know there was a "Around the World Trip in 25 Days" with the Moo? Very useful to become more familiar with the Plane and its Systems.
  22. Once upon a time when life was simple. But with the complexities these days. Every developer literally has to develop a save function for every plane they do. Its just not with it. And us the reason laminars dont work properly
  23. quite understandable, but still a pitty
  24. I removed Libradio and everything works good. No flutter on mixture or flaps.
  25. We agree! Unfortunately coding such a functionality is a very big task, especially for a complex aircraft like this one. It can be done, no doubt, but at this point it is unlikely that this will be accomplished in the near term, unfortunately.
  26. Since I am still practicing certain tasks e.g. handflying the aircraft on short trips without programming a route (see tutorial flight) loading the same situation again (and handle it better this time ) would be a big benefit. What do you think ?
  27. An update is being worked on. Are you having the flaps and mixture problems when not using the honeycomb controller? Did you try removing libradio?
