Hello Guys and Gals Here is a fictional livery for the Carenado F33A Bonanza. It has a vintage-ish vibe of burnt orange and dark grey. Tail number is included on the panel and fuselage. I can upload the .psd files on request if someone wants to change the tail number. Hope you like it!
  2. There has been much speculation on Goran's 'nature'. I posit that this is the face behind the mysterious Iron Man mask:
  3. I do impressions. Here's mine of Goran- Yea so my wife was hogging the bathroom. I really had to go, so to take my mind off of it, I made this: I'm still not happy with the human figures. I may redo them next time I have a cup of noodles in the microwave or something.
  4. Nice!
  5. I personally can't wait for the update. I have been flying the mu2 lately in an attempt to rediscover what ability I once had to properly fly it. I'm giddy.
  6. Great looking landings Perry! My first time at the cyclic won't be so pretty (based on my x-plane performance). Couldn't see your permagrin. I'm sure you had one! Probably still do.
  7. Aubrey- where did you get the AH-64?
  8. In your x-plane root file, there is a text file called 'log.txt'. It's that easy!
  9. 'Fair and Balanced' is a phrase thrown around too loosely these days... ;D I have purchased a handful of XA goods over the years. I would say that service has been about as good as one guy busting his ass could provide. I waited for a week or two to hear back on some activation issues I was having, but that was only because Cameron was big-time busy putting out fires with the biggest and most important file release for X-Plane to date. My patience began to wear thin. I posted a thread on the forum basically saying "I want this fixed!". I did not know that while I was typing that post, Cameron had replied to my querie in a disarmingly polite way. I removed the post immediately and sulked in the embarrassment of knowing that I had lost my cool because one guy was trying to move mountains, and didn't get back to me like now. I'm not some mindless 'Cameronite'. I know he's not perfect. He's one guy for pete's sake! Through my last experience with XA service, I have learned that Cameron wants to fix your problem. An angry customer does him and the devs he publishes no good. But some customers are just going to be angry. Anger doesn't always lead to rational behavior. So please consider the scope of what Cameron is trying to do here. It could be really big. It currently IS really big for a one man operation. Give him some room and your patience; he wants you to be in happycamperland. Zach
  10. Wow that looks oddly calming- which betrays the true nature of the aircraft being anything but calming. Can't wait!
  11. Might we get a night lighting screenshot from roughly the same angle as the one above? Great work Tom. Cant wait for the email to come in alerting me that the update is ready for download!
  12. OSX 10.6.7 2.3 GHz i5
  13. 20" iMac 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4 GB 667 Mhz DDR2 SDRAM OSX 10.5.8 X-Plane V 9.70 I see in the log file that the plugin is failing to load. I have no problems with the Corvallis on my laptop- FYI. I'm uploading two log files. One is standard operation, the other is with all other plugins removed from my resources/plugins folder save for Gizmo, Shrinkwrap, and the XPLM stuff. Log.txt LogVirgin.txt
  14. Hey Jim, I have some garbled text on my G1000 (look at the top center of the PFD). Looks like it's displaying everything at once. Also there are some rotary PNG's on the bottom of the PFD. I'm sure this has been brought up in other threads, but I'm incredibly short on time, so couldn't look. Thanks! Zach
  15. *AHEM!* A boy can dream, can't he?
  16. I don't have the CRJ [yet!] but i have had identecal issues in the past with manipulators in other aircraft; namely the BK-117. The glitch is x-planes and not the aircraft's, and has to do with your viewpoint. Try switching to a different viewpoint (exterior, chase, etc) and then back to 3D cockpit. If your glitch is the same one I get in the BK-117, then you should be all set. The glitch is reoccurring, so occasionally you will need to toggle views when needed. Hope this is your problem because it's an easy one to fix.
  17. If I were a paware developer, I would: 1. Develop my project in secret. If I were well known, people might suspect I was working on something. 2. When the project in completely finished, release images and information. 3. Let the pot stew for a while until such a time when initial sales and interest would be peaked. 4. Pull the trigger. As a developer, I could only control my own actions. The behavior of youngins and overly anxious potential customers can be annoying and redundant, but would't be under anyone's control but the individual. This way I could keep the forum lizards at bay (and 'lizarding' in other threads) until the product is ready. Plus, everyone loves a surprise.
  18. Goran or Theo- Do any of the displays use plugin/vector graphics? Just curious. I have just started poking into vector displays, and I'm curious who else is doing it.
  19. X-elbert- Were you involved in the development of JRollon's CRJ-200? If so; under what capacity and what are your impressions of the file?
  20. It really says a lot about the strength of the vertical stabilitor of the little guy.
  21. Dang! My heart just dropped into the pit where my cash used to be. :'(
  22. Hal! Good to see you've moseyed on over.
