  1. 500 FPM was the minimum rate of climb, if you could not keep that, you had to level off. The Max power setting was determined by a table. The 85% N1 was the lowest power setting for Takeoff using Reduced Thrust. I don't remember what the N1 climbing to FL 410 was, but I do remember we were right at it, and it more likely was Max ITT
  2. with 5,000 actual hours in the CRJ, I only took it to FL410 ONE Time, I was very light 36000 pounds, and it was an extremely slow climb. Our company had very strict procedures on Climb Speeds and Power settings, to keep crews out of trouble.
  3. Amen to Signman. Anything that U add, I will gladly pay for. When all this present Dust settles, you guys can continue havin Fun on improvements!
  4. Great News! The Fonts on my MAC and on the CRJ MFD are all smashed together, each individual line goes into the next line of text below it. thanks for the Quick work, u guys need a Looong vacation ;D
  5. wow, thanks, I got version 1.0 installed, then 1.1 (which crashed immediately) so I uninstalled it and went back to 1.0, and will now wait (flyin happily) until a fix is found.
  6. Cameron, I had an Uninstaller but it is not there now? Can I get a copy somewhere else? thanks, Sorry for an unnecessary problem
  7. ok, now I have gone and really messed things up. I deleted all Vascore folders, then tried to put some back. When I try to install the Original CRJ200, it says the Vascore files do not exist? actually says, "Take Command CRJ-200/dist/vascore/vascore/vascore/lin.xpl does not exist" any thoughts on how to fix my mess? thanks Elbert
  8. Sorry, probably already covered but, how do you go Direct to a fix? When off the course, or wanting to shortcut? Thanks, The Plane is Wonderful!
  9. I just remove PushBack.xpl from my iMAC and have had NO Crash for 1 hour so far, looks Good, Thanks Cameron 8)
  10. All have a small vertical gap on the Left Side, full length you can see thru? On the FMS it is very narrow on the lower left.
  11. remember that the YD lights have been reversed, so when they are engaged they are OUT, Not Lit. without the Yaw Dampners engaged the AP will not work, Good Luck
  12. you must make a power ON descent to about. 50 feet, then retard the throttles. you can tell your rate of descent by how fast the 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 occur. Also this aircraft has NO leading edge devices, which means that it must be flown fairly fast to 50 feet. Consult your performance charts for approach speed for weight. Happy CRJ Flyin!
  13. Fantastic piece of Simulation Software. CAUTION, Computer performance may determine wether to purchase, check this out, before U buy! This aircraft is truly a work of Art, and sets a High Mark for new X-Plane Aircraft.
  14. I am just getting into SIMin/X-Plane/X-Aviation/VATSIM flying, from a 46 year Aviation Career, and all I can say is, "This is One Fantastic Piece of Aviation Simulation Software". My first computer was the Apple II in 1979, with SubLogic's Flight Simulator. I have over 5,000 actual hours in this aircraft and this is just like the real thing. What a Hoot!!. Thanks to Javier and the Crew, U have done a Great Job, and the fixes will just make it the Best Ever!! And the Price is a STEAL!!!
  15. Aircraft not certified for aerobatic maneuvers :-*
