  1. Is this a case when one would use the 625/725 versions, that RXP also support?
  2. You spawned in a location with a tree. Change your starting location.
  3. Sounds like you’re flying too slowly, and the angle of attack is too high.
  4. That’s not how the system works. Must be something else going on. But you’ll have to get in touch with X-Aviation Support https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php
  5. https://github.com/skiselkov/StopZoomingDammit
  6. The easiest way is to do the pre-flight with your normal starting fuel once and the save that state (for each airframe). Then you can restore that state any time in the future, and set your payload (pax) through the X-Plane weight & balance window.
  7. You’re going to need to be more specific.
  8. If everything else (engine generators, ADG, etc.) fails that’s your only source of DC power.
  9. Hi Rich, I think we will need that video because the contents of the popup and virtual cockpit display come from the same source. OBS Studio can capture X-Plane and record it to a video file fairly easily. Thanks.
  10. If you don’t have a GPS navigator there’s nothing to load a flight plan into?
  11. When you select an airport location from the flight configuration window, click Customize button, and make sure to select a ramp starting location.
  12. Are you sure you’re not selecting a start location of “10nm approach” or whatever it’s called?
  13. There is none available.
  14. Thanks we’ll file it up.
  15. That’s under MFD DATA; you looked through all the pages? Looks like the position report one.
  16. In reality I think that would mean the galley lights, stairs, etc., but in the sim right now they’re either not simulated or on the wrong bus. So turning off the battery will kill power to everything under this item, I believe.
  17. Or permanently “on”.
  18. Would be interested to hear your thoughts once you’ve tried it out.
  19. Have you completed the perf pages in the FMS including the OAT, and made sure you have N1% for TO in the thrust limits page? Are you pressing the TO/GA button on the thrust levers?
  20. Do you already have the Airbus throttle set from Honeycomb?
  21. Seems fine to me. The Challenger isn’t a “flies exactly on the magenta line drawn on the map” kind of aircraft like an Airbus. The HSI is showing a small deviation and fly left indication and the FDs are commanding a left roll, as expected. It can be “soft” on removing these cross track errors but in my experience it always gets there eventually.
  22. Yes, we all wish there was a weather radar. However, a weather radar that has any resemblance to the real thing would not have been practical with the X-Plane 11 plugin interfaces available. And then X-Plane 12 will likely change all those interfaces to accommodate the new weather engine so would require the same work to be done all over again. It was decided to save the development time for other features, and wait until 12’s interface to be stable and see what capabilities can be accurately simulated. I hope that helps explain the decision.
  23. Move the camera position back.
  24. What sounds? The airframe vibrating?

    PFD 1 remains blank

I would cycle that one just in case, but I’m out of ideas.
