  1. You can refer to Loading a Route Via Datalink in the FMS Primer document provided in the plane’s directory.

  4. I am a volunteer, and the developers are either busy or unavailable. Sorry about that. As far as OnAir goes, I find them relying on the physical position of the cockpit controls of default systems to be rather dubious, to be honest. Firstly, maybe not every aircraft is using the default flap control, and secondly, that doesn't correspond to the actual position of the flaps on the wing, which seems to be what they should actually be caring about. I think a more versatile and reliable solution would be for OnAir to allow the source of these signals to be configurable on a per-addon basis. I believe there are DataRefs in the Challenger that could be used, but copying these back to the X-Plane defaults wouldn't be priority at the moment. I can look at passing the suggestion onto the developer, but to be frank, you'd be better off looking for another way to make this work (custom Lua script, etc.). Thanks.
  5. Ok, I'll add it to my list to try on the beta version. May already be working there.
  6. Do you have a thread about this?
  7. I assume you’re able to continue on with a new airframe?
  8. Ok, you need to keep going with the periodic screenshots from levelling off at 5000 until after the descent is meant to start at 834.
  9. We would need to see the state of the aircraft before reaching the approach. Maybe try again but this time recording a screen capture on video? Thanks.
  10. From the Hot Start Discord server.
  11. Only for limited items, as available in the Challenger 650 menu.
  12. Yes, fortunately it seems to respond to the enable/disable requests from the sim properly. Just would be nice to be able to do it programmatically and temporarily, only while in walk around mode.
  13. Welcome to the show. Check the Challenger 650 menu in the top menu bar, and look for the APU battery connection item.
  14. You have to make sure it's in the PRESET NAV before pressing the source switch (exchange) button.
  15. Probably the former is more "intuitive" and it also maintains the flight plan history, but whatever works for you, basically.
  16. Press the (LWR) MENU button.
  17. This sounds like it is an issue using the beta. Wait for the next one or downgrade.
  18. That is almost certainly a red herring.
  19. Can you provide a copy of Log.txt, and screenshots of user settings (redacted is ok) plus of the cockpit displays after pressing the right-hand side's CHART button? Even better a video of what you're doing.
  20. You will need to upgrade AMD driver to the one released 5 days ago.
  21. Please provide screenshots of AC and DC electrical summary pages, as well as the cockpit overhead panel, and I suggest using the Electrical study window to troubleshoot.
  22. You're probably inviting issues by using 12.06 beta. Roll back to stable? This is very important information to provide up front!
  23. Once you've set up the plane in a state you wish to save, you got to the Challenger 650 menu in the top menu bar, click on Airframe Manager, where you can type a save state name in the input box below the list of existing saves and press Save. You have to be loaded into the plane to save a state, not when you first select an airframe/state after starting a flight.
  24. EAA AirVenture isn’t over yet. :-)
  25. Additionally, 12.06 BETA has introduced changes that have caused issues with addons doing custom avionics rendering. You may have to downgrade.
