  1. You don't have to give up just yet. Did you try removing all plugins?
  2. Activations are completely out of my control. I don't know what you've done, but you might want to go over the terms and conditions and check to see if you've done anything to result in a blocked Machine ID.
  3. I've had this happen 1 time to me, and I have not been able to recreate it. Without much to go on, it's difficult to nail down, but we'll keep an eye on it during the update testing.
  4. We'll get you going soon enough.
  5. Gizmolog.txt is also in the root folder.
  6. Sure, no problem. I've seen many people flying online. Nothing sinister suspected. From what I know, there are still some small niggling issues with cockpit sharing that are still to be straightened out. I'll forward this thread to Saso and ask for a more thorough response.
  7. Please post your log.txt file so I can get a clearer picture of what is going.
  8. Can you confirm the panel lights don't flicker when NOT sharing airframes?
  9. Darran, neither of us accused you of lying. Sometimes, people just make mistakes, and that was our position. If you look at it from our point of view, when comparing your image to ours, they look completely different. To be honest with you, I've never even heard of Air Manager, and had to ask Jim (JGregory) what you were even referring to. No one was telling you off or scolding you. We just simply deduced that the image you posted was not from our Saab. That's it. Perhaps if you mentioned in your original post that it was on the iPad and it was a photo taken from "Air Manager", we would have then said "Ok, it IS ours, but through some kind of 3rd party software." You are more than welcome to post any images you want to, but we ask that you do it with as much background information as possible so we can get to the root of the problem. We go through quite a lot of support, and we need to figure out what is going on as quickly as possible so we can get to the next person. Hopefully our position has been made clearer for you, and please don't feel intimidated or nervous about asking for help. But, as I said, as much background into what you are posting would be a lot easier on us. Awaiting your log files. Just a small edit. There are actually 2 payware Saab's available for X-Plane and at least 1 freeware version.
  10. Check if you have experimental flight model turned off.
  11. This is the X-Aviation Saab. I'm not sure where you got the one you posted, but it wasn't from X-Aviation.
  12. Darran. That’s not our Saab.
  13. https://discord.gg/8RbKgW
  14. In your images, I can see you have some kind of "Map" utility running. Has that always been there?
  15. Woah. You have something very strange going on there. Do you have some kind of avionics hardware?
  16. Press the red button on the Audio Panel.
  17. You could always go for this. https://www2.razer.com/au-en/gaming-systems/razer-core-x
  18. The first problem is you are using an on board GPU. You are getting an error for the librain droplets (our custom rain effects) because the onboard GPU cannot process them. On board GPU's are not recommended to run any graphically intensive software, such as X-Plane, and certainly not any 3rd prty add ons. The drivers are not reliable, and they are only capable of the most basic graphics operations. So my first suggestion is that you get a standalone Nvidia or AMD graphics card with an absolute minimum of 4GB of VRAM. Regarding the towbar, I'm not sure why it's always visible. Once you are done with it, clicking on the towbar icon in the tool tray found on the lower left will get rid of it. If it doesn't, you may need to reinstall the TBM. Hope this helps.
  19. I'm not really sure why it would be catching fire mid air, unless you're seriously over stressing the engine. The failures happen due to neglect. They are never random. If you could link a video, I would be happy to take a look.
  20. Can you post your log.txt file (found in the root folder) after using the TBM.

    Failures

    1. Yes and yes. 2. Yes, but depending on how you treat it. For example: Overtorque the engine for too long, you will get an engine fire. with damaged components that you will need to repair on the ground via the maintenance manager.
  22. We're trying to figure this out, and after further testing with Saso, I found the C172 (my small, default aircraft of choice) and the 747 (my large, default aircraft of choice), both have identical spikes and stuttering to the TBM. I'm not really certain why the default C172 is not giving you stuttering, but see my images below of each aircraft. Just an FYI, I'm aware of the locking at 30fps reason. But for me, I obviously don't place as much importance on it as you may. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. I'll leave this to Saso to continue to diagnose, because this seems like a sim issue to me. TBM Default C172 Default 747
  23. If you have locked yourself out of 1 of your own TBM installations, you should have no problem with the TBM working in any of the other PC's. I don't have access to the activation server, so your only other option is to wait for X-Aviation to get back to you. Make sure you check your junk mail, also.
  24. Your Machine ID would be blocked under one or more of the following circumstances. You tried to activate it on a new computer you own, but you locked yourself out of it by deactivating the wrong computer. You have shared your X-Aviation account details with another person. You have sent the installer or the TBM folder to another person who does not own a legal copy. You have uploaded the TBM to a piracy website.
  25. Just out of curiosity, why are you limiting fps to 30??
