That's a weird one. It doesn't really show a crash. It shows X-Plane stopping in the middle of a chart download. Can you try downloading the same chart, and see if it happens again. If it does happen again, can you remove all plugins, except Gizmo, and repeat, and, as before, see if it crashes...then post back with any findings.

Can you attach the actual log.txt file. We need to see the whole thing. You can only do it after the crash without starting another flight, so if it happens again, please take note of this.

Not really sure why you're seeing that. I'll load it up and see, then post back some time tonight or tomorrow.

Next time, you can just attach the file to your post. No need to copy and paste the contents. The drops you're describing are fairly minor, and if you're maintaining 45-50fps, with an occasional slight drop, I would say that's a successful and smooth running installation.

If it happens again, can you please post a fresh log file.

When in sim, can you go to the top drop down menu, click on View->Show Click Regions. Are there green click regions on the keypad? If there are, and it still doesn't work, try a reinstall.

A few things to mention before we proceed further. It's impossible to make a comparison between the default Cessna and the TBM. The Cessna has minimal textures, minimal mesh and probably a few hundred lines of LUA code. The TBM has hi res 4K textures, multiple objects, and about 200 000 lines of C code. So in saying that, the code is always doing something, and it might have a small drop in fps for a second, but it's rare. You failed to mention what fps you are getting. What does it drop down to? Other factors can contribute to a drop in fps. Scenery loading is one. Could you also post a log.txt file so I can see what'd going on while you're running the TBM?

You still have a few plugins installed according to this log. Can you remove everything except Gizmo and try again.

It WILL be fixed, but it's a little lower on the priorities list. Still a few other small issues some people are seeing (exception handler errors being one of them) that need to be addressed.

If anyone wants to try the TBM in the latest X-Plane update, PLEASE back up your previous X-Plane installation.

The exception handler issue is something Saso is looking into. He thought he nailed it in this last update, but evidently he hasn't. But it looks like there are fewer cases of it. Apologies that this is happening to you, but hopefully we'll have some kind of a fix to this very soon. It DOES happen, but it is actually not that common now when compared to how many people have the TBM.

If it's happening to some people with the default Cessna, as well as the TBM, this looks like some kind of combination between the users hardware and installation of X-Plane. I cannot duplicate this at all on my system.

Could you do me a big favor? Could you remove all plugins except Gizmo, out of your plugins folder. Particularly FlywithLUA, and try the exact same test, and please report back? I'm very interested in this error. I have tagged Saso in this, and have told him about it. He'll jump in when he has a chance and hopefully shed more light on it.

Looking at the log, looks like the worn brake disc actually caused something else in x plane to stop and crash. That’s bizarre. Can you tell me all the details about the flight before the crash? I want to try and duplicate this one.

Backtrace points to X-Plane crashing. No TBM references in there. Try taking all plugins, except Gizmo, out of the plugins folder and see if that helps. Otherwise, this is something for Laminar to look into.

Can you try removing FS Global Real Weather and seeing what happens. I'm suspecting it and RWC are "fighting" over weather data.

This is a quirk of the G1000 provided by Laminar. Unfortunately, it’s beyond our control.

For the brakes, check maintenance manager. Regarding the crashes, try the usual step of removing all plugins except Gizmo, and seeing if it happens again.

Some of you guys scare me with the stuff you see. There are brake lines that have been modelled but have not yet been implemented.

Using a VPN shouldn’t block you. The DRM uses your machine ID and account details. Location shouldn’t matter. @Cameron
