Do you have a firewall preventing authentication?
  2. Did you check all the maintenance manager options?

I won’t argue the point with you. Again, can you post your log file?

Cameron handles activation. Also, sending more than 1 support ticket repeats the support process. Essentially, you go back to the back of the line. If you have TBM issues, post them in this forum, and include a log.txt file And I think we would also appreciate it if you refrain from using the term "very bad after sales service" All you have to do is look through these forums to see the kind of after sales service we're providing.
  5. It's possible, because I've seen a common thread in that. In which case, this will boil down to a bug in the default G1000. I have ortho, but all stored on the same drive as X-Plane. I'll ask around, and see who else has ortho installed on multiple drives/partitions.
  6. Yes. That switch needs to be on for trims to work.
  7. Did you turn on AP Trims?
  8. This is a big one. Something in the TBM or X-Camera caused Windows to go a little crazy. Can I ask you to submit this log to the Laminar guys and see if they can come up with something. This is deeper than just the TBM.
  9. It's not a clean install. You have plugins still installed. You also have ortho scenery installed over 2 hard drives, and it looks like it might be crashing as the G1000 reads the terrain from the scenery. The crash happened as 2 separate partitions were getting accessed at the same time. This is where the 2 stutters happened.

Could you submit this to Laminar as a bug report. The backtrace points to X-Plane itself crashing. (The Windows and X-Plane references)
  11. If it happens again, please post your log.txt file immediately after it CTD's.
  12. We've seen this happen in some situations. But not all. I haven't seen it on my system yet through the tests I've done. It could depend on certain situations, including weather. We'll run some more tests and see what we can figure out.
  13. You have quite a few plugins. Can you try removing everything out of the resources/plugins folder, except Gizmo, and see if it happens again?
  14. Try increasing flight models per frame by 1 or 2. So if it's 2, increase it to 3 or 4.
  15. Please attach the log.txt file
  16. This still needs looking into. It could be either something on your end or something in X-Planes autopilot. I doubt it's in the TBM, but if it happens again, can you post back?

    CTD 11.30 R2

R2 has presented some issues that weren't in the TBM in R1. If you don't have a backup of R1, you could either hold off until the next X Plane update or revert to 11.26.
  18. As long as it's on, it's always working. It's an Angle of Attack indicator. 1 green bar at the bottom means optimal angle of attack. As soon as you start increasing AoA (slowing down, while maintaining altitude), you'll get all indicators, except the bottom one. This is telling you your AoA has slightly increased. As you continue to slow down, while maintaining altitude, the green bars slowly disappear into the yellow. If you keep slowing down, and don't lower the nose, the bars will keep disappearing. Once you are in the red, a stall is about to happen. Remember, the bars DISAPPEAR as your AoA increases. This is to declutter the display to make it easier to see out the front. http://www.alphasystemsaoa.com/index.php?id=35
  19. It can be folded down. I suppose we can look into making a clickspot for it to enable/disable it for the next update.
  20. It doesn't look like you have Gizmo installed. You should have a Gizmo tool bar upper right. Have you disabled it or removed it?
  21. Ok. It's best to not assign anything to avionics because the G1000 powers up with electrical power in the TBM. I'll leave that to you.
  22. So you're STILL not seeing the MFD in it's entirety?
  23. Make sure you check all sections of the maintenance manager. The root cause of gear failure could be electrical.
  24. Toto does have an option in the latest update to turn it off.
