There is small gizmo limitation at the moment where the LES team cannot provide a full function mapping into sim/ commands. The AP disco button issue is extremely common and the side effect of the new mapping only affects the yoke button "pop out" animation. Other features of the Saab are not so simple and may not be suitable for override mapping with Gizmo64 14.12.31.0101... This bug in Gizmo64 is something I intend to fix in future. It's on the list in the low priority basket.

Not all issues are problems. Some are misunderstandings. Some are intentional features and some are actual bugs which would be a problem. You may feel that we're being pedantic but the difference between problems and issues is as important as the different between "user feedback" and "user whinging". Those are the default Gizmo tools and indicate that the plugin is working correctly.

Chances are it's a much more simple problem going on like, you know, the NOAA plugin hammering the cloud settings too often. Without more log data and information from OP it's impossible and pointless to guess. Log.txt minimum. Gizmo_Log.txt for bonus points. Full PC and OS Specs for a triple point combo score. Nice to see some progress on this front. Seeing at least Mac + Win with unified rendering engine at the core would get more people interested I think. Linux users are very vocal but make up a very small % of the total market. Dealing with two or three web rendering engines is no fun, even less so in this context.

Becuase HDR rendering on a computer screen is NOT real life. It's subject to a very large number of limits and compromises. Do us a favour. Go away and read up on HDR. Read all the photography and image theory blogs you can find. Then we'll be on an even playing field and can have a constructive conversation.

By default you are limited to three machines or "Operating System" installs. If you setup your machine, install and activate the saab, then decide you want windows 7 instead of 8... reformatting windows will consume another slot. This is where we see the most reported cause of "activation exhaustion". Install and configure your OS, make sure you're happy with all the drivers and whatever else then install and activate your payware. If you do exhaust them you can contact orders@x-aviation.com to discuss having more machine slots allocated.
