  1. This sounds like the activation can't contact the server, but in order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. You can find a guide to get this file here: How to find the X-Plane log.txt file?
  2. Yes, X-Plane 12.1 changing the X1000 logic flow breaking the current state tracking. We will be pushing an update to the SR with fixes once they are ready and XP 12.1 goes final.
  3. Regarding AOA, make sure you are opening the AOA indicator fully, also lower graphics settings with X-Plane might prevent it from rendering properly. Regarding popups, it sounds like you opened the popups in the fully popped-out mode where they become OS windows instead of windows within X-Plane. Clicking in the upper right corner of the popup should bring the popup back in-sim from an OS window.
  4. That bit is just a static texture, so that can be ignored. (I'll get that bug noted to change the text there for XP12). The navdata itself is parsed from Custom Data if installed, so you should be all set.
  5. It appears that you are not signed into your X-Aviation account in Gizmo, so the G5s aren't activating. Sometimes the sign in window doesn't appear on X-Plane monitor when it is positioned at a negative display coordinate, as shown here. Temporarily open X-Plane in windowed mode instead of full screen and then the sign in dialog should show up.

  7. Hi, Can you send a screenshot of all of the RXP GTN750 settings that you have configured for the aircraft in the in-sim RXP settings window? From that I can take a look to see if something needs changing there.
  8. In the G5.cfg file for the aircraft being used, in a text editor, change the line for "g5_mbbarounit" to be set to 1 which will switch to MB/HPA units.
  9. This crash bug should be sorted with the next update. Custom animations aren't handled during replay by X-Plane, so make sure to do any replays before messing with the doors or anything else obvious from the outside.
  10. Thanks! Will get this bug logged
  11. A bug was found with OpenGPWS, the terrain plugin that powers the RealSimGear G500 and Entegra avionics terrain database, causing a potential CTD with the parsing of the new ORBX True Earth scenery. A replacement for this plugin as an interim fix (the next released updates of the G500 and TorqueSim SR2Xs with the RealSimGear Entegra avionics will include these updates) is available for download here. To install: RealSimGear G500: In each aircraft where you have installed the RealSimGear G500, within that aircraft directory's /plugins/ folder, replace the OpenGPWS plugin with the provided new version. TorqueSim SR20 and SR22 Series with Entegra Avionics: In each of those aircraft /plugins/ folder, replace the OpenGPWS plugin with the provided new version.

  14. Yes, we load in the X-Plane 12 navigation data, whether default or updated via Navigraph or Aerosoft

  16. This is likely the OpenGPWS issue with the G500 and the new ORBX true earth GB scenery. See the thread here for a temporary fix before we can get an official fix distributed:
  17. If you are able to replicate this, can you record a video of it occurring?
  18. Yes, we will be integrating this into the G500 ourselves (we build our own builds of OpenGPWS that we deploy with our products, but that is mostly a technicality). In the interim, replacing the current OpenGPWS with the one provided here should handle what you need. We don't touch the DSFs ourselves in any of our products so the bug here should be contained exclusively within OpenGPWS.
  19. The log.txt we need for debugging is not this file, but the file that X-Plane generates within the X-Plane folder itself (log.txt)
  20. Thanks for the report, I'll get this filed
  21. Hm, that is an odd replication case, but good to know. If you look at Task Manager during load, is the ram or vram near maxing-out?
  22. Regarding the GTN, there is a setting in the GTN options for it to output the GTN's flight plan as simulator waypoints, which the G500 then automatically reads. Regarding airspace, we are only showing airspace where we had an available data set for, not all countries had a proper dataset we could use. Regarding settings, while this G500 is not 1:1, there are map related settings via the menu button -> map setup page, as well as system settings available under the aux group.
  23. Hi Lennard, The GTN650 is capable of driving the G500, the G500's right display will still be the G500 though, it isn't replaced with the GTN650 there.
  24. Can you send your full log.txt file?

    Missing Menu

Thanks for the log. Looking at the file, it appears something is blocking the product version verification file from being downloaded, which is something we've seen a few times before due to other 3rd party plugins sometimes blocking network connections.
