  1. It is something we are looking into
  2. Hi Simon, Does this occur if you use the default GNS instead of the GTN? If so, this sounds like a configuration issue with the RealityXP settings. In those settings, make sure that the RealityXP GTN is writing to the VOR and HSI datarefs. If you send screenshots of the RXP settings dialog in X-Plane I can try to pinpoint ones to try to get it working.
  3. Hi Franz, We aren’t currently doing VR specific popouts for our windows, but it is something we will look into for a future update.
  4. What hardware are you using? The brake-control interface should all be handled by X-Plane so this sounds like something might have corrupted in the X-Plane preferences, or some interference with the hardware.
  5. I’m OOTO for the month so I can’t check the exact datarefs, but I believe the ones you would be interested in are prefixed with afm/sr/lights/ suffix of _G for green, _B for blue.
  6. If you are referring to these, 2022-07-19 17:26:55 G500[config.cpp:88]: Error Getting Data - added: pfd_mb_units they can be safely ignored. As the config files don't exist on first launch this is expected behavior for the first launch.
  7. I've responded to your support ticket regarding this, if you can send over the log.txt file there.

    G1000 commands

We do not have larger-screen as an option for the SR20, at least at this time. All of the commands would start with afm/sr/cmd, If you search popups in the X-Plane command list, you should find our custom G1000 popup commands
  9. I've got the alignment issue logged to look at as it shouldn't overlap that closely. The font for the thousands (and ten thousands) digit is larger than the hundreds and below.
  10. Clicking the screen itself should popout with a bezel, clicking the Logo on the bezel above the screen would popout without the bezel.

    SR20 g6?

It is an SR20 G3. The details for weight and balance can be seen in the Load Manager tab of the SR22 menu in-sim
  12. From the image included on the support ticket you sent, the autopilot was sent to Heading mode. Make sure the GTN CDI is set to GPS, and the Autopilot is set to NAV for it to follow the GTN.
  13. That would be a signal something has gone critically wrong with the engine and those cylinders have failed/are failing. On the ground, you can overhaul the engine through the maintenance menu under the SR22 dialog.
  14. For most future updates, starting with the current updates that have begun testing (SR2X G1000 1.4.0 and SR2X Entegra 1.2.0) we will begin opening public beta access beyond just our Discord, but will additionally provide access to our customers here. To join the beta, fill out the request form here and we'll get you added as soon as we can. Details on the current beta: SR20/22 G1000 1.4.0: - Improved maintenance system with expanded procedures and more detailed readouts to distinguish between states and mechanic actions. - Physics model improvements including addressing the starting behaviors by addressing issues in the fuel priming logic. - 3D overhaul for windows and ice visualization system (IVS), which looks much better and should increase sim performance! - Proper Instrument Brightness Knob Behavior with G1000 Screen Dimming See the full current changelog for 1.4.0 here: https://torques.im/SZzJ12 SR20/22 Entegra 1.2.0: - Improved maintenance system with expanded procedures and more detailed readouts to distinguish between states and mechanic actions. - Physics model improvements including addressing the starting behaviors by addressing issues in the fuel priming logic. - 3D overhaul for windows and ice visualization system (IVS), which looks much better and should increase sim performance! See the full current changelog for 1.2.0 here: https://torques.im/2p93Jn
  15. There is not; at this time the IFD app is not supported due to how it is implemented.
  16. Hi Tony, The default blank paint that is loaded by X-Plane by default does not support custom tail numbers, as it isn't a "livery" and there are some technical differences in how it is loaded. Pick a livery in the X-Plane menu and then you should be able to set the tail number from the menu.
  17. Adding the G500 into the 3D cockpit without access to the source Blender objects can be very tricky depending on how the aircraft is setup. Adding as popups is very simple, just run the per-aircraft installer that is automatically included when you install the G500.
  18. There is no GPU modeled at this time
  19. From the log.txt, it appears you aren't signed into your X-Aviation account in Gizmo. There should be a popup window prompting for your sign-in credentials, but sometimes can be hidden on multi-monitor installs. If you aren't seeing the sign-in dialog, temporarily remove all other monitors except your primary monitor and launch X-Plane.
  20. The imbalance advisory shows when the difference between takes is approximately 8 gallons. (Note, here the difference shows to be 7 gallons, but would be higher due to rounding showing on this display)
  21. We've believed we've got it locked down on the cause, we aim to roll out a new beta of the SR2X's later this week. If you aren't on our discord already, you can join at torques.im/discord, instructions to get access to the public beta will be posted when it is ready to test.
  22. Hi Fred, Can you send your log.txt file from after loading the aircraft? Did you update through Navigraph or Aerosoft?
  23. From the log.txt, it appears the aircraft validation file isn't able to download the validation file from our CDN server (https://cdn.torques.im/active/sr/sr_ent_active.lic). This is most likely due to one of the other plugins you are using not releasing their network connection preventing us from establishing the download. Try temporarily removing your plugins to see if the problem is resolved. The most likely cause is 124thATC64 as we've seen it occur with that once before, but it could be a different plugin if that doesn't fix it.
  24. I'm not sure on the drivers, unless there is something specific with the current drivers, I'd probably recommend the latest drivers. I'm DMing you a file to test with to see if it fixes the issue.
  25. With the latest G5 installed, and the latest M20 installed, do the copy and install the patch files to make the Ovation II G5. Then, run the G5 Aircraft installer on the Ovation II G5 folder to add the G5 plugin. Then add g5.cfg that I attached above into the Ovation II G5 folder. If that doesn't work, send over the log.txt and I'll take a look.
