  1. If you open the aircraft in plane maker, you can modify the G1000 variant on the Expert -> Special Equipment -> Airframe page, where the current mode is set to "Cirrus". There may be ramifications for changing to the other variants in terms of GCU functionality, as that is something we haven't designed for on our end, but you can give it a go and see.
  2. It looks like something is preventing the X-Aviation activation plugin from being loaded by X-Plane. We've seen some false-positives from Windows Defender recently so that is likely the case here as well. The next step is to remove the plugin from the quarantine in Windows Defender. To do so in Windows Defender settings: 1. Open Windows Security 2. Click on Virus & Threat Protection 3. See the Protection History Tab Here you will find the likely quarantined file(s) that should not have been quarantined. Restore the files and you should be back up and running.
  3. That call only looks to have been reported once, it would repeat on each attempted engagement if that was the case. Most of the other forced disconnect methods typically will output to the log, but I'm not seeing any here which is somewhat indicative of the turn knob not being fully centered. What FD modes were displaying on the EADI?
  4. What you posted above are the requirements for AP engagement. If it still isn't working, please send your log.txt file and screenshots showing both the EADI and the AP center pedestal.
  5. This is fixed on our end and will be in the next update
  6. Based on the log file, it appears that the gyro breakers are popped (right side panel, row 4/5, columns 6) they are labeled "VG1" and "VG2". This is likely triggered by how the systems ungracefully get kicked offline during an X-Plane CTD
  7. The G5 follows the X-Plane NAV1/GPS1 source. You may be able to manipulate the .acf file as well as the objects to switch which is set to be primary, but that isn't something I've done myself.
  8. I don't know if I fully understand what issue you are seeing. The standby gyro must be turned on from the switch located near the gear handle and light controls. If that isn't the issue, please upload screenshots or record a video showing what is going on.
  9. The attitude gyros do take some time to spin up, and require an AC inverter to be turned on. Also verify that a circuit breaker hasn't popped for the attitude gyro.
  10. The "X-Aviation" plugin isn't being found by X-Plane so either something on your system quarantined it, or something removed it from X-Plane (if you use X-Organizer, possibly that)
  11. Did you install with 4K or 8K textures when prompted in the install process?
  12. There is no heading bug sync with this AP system, it must be manually turned to the desired heading selection
  13. The CJ has fully custom switches for most anything. They can be found in the X-Plane command browser under the prefix afm -> cj -> cmd All are listed in commands.txt in the CJ's aircraft folder -> plugins/cj_systems/resources

Every control system is going to behave differently, so there is some where the axis curve is better. The system will be tuned a bit more with v1.0.2 though.

You can revert to the prior gear handling by disabling the new custom interface via the settings.cfg file in the CJ aircraft directory -> plugins/cj_systems/settings. In that file, set the value of the line "use_custom_nose_steer" to 0.
  16. The UNS is not required for use when using the GTN. There are some intricacies to be aware of (modeled after how the real avionics work). The UNS feeds the autopilot via GPS Steering, so it gives very nice smooth turns, with adequate prediction, etc. The NAV inputs to the EADI/EHSI system do not have GPSS, so the GPS from the GTN is treated just as a standard nav radio input, which means it may not fly as nicely as a full modern suite of avionics.
  17. This is something we are looking into, regarding flaps, we hope to get that working. Spoilers, most likely not as they behave quite different than the typical spoiler-lever type aircraft.
  18. Logged, thanks for the report. For now, just be sure to use the default trim commands.
  19. Hi Philip, Right now there isn't a way to load in purely cold and dark, it will return to how the plane was left before. The fms config is livery specific, but the rest of the aircraft itself isn't. The request to add a non-persistent option has been received and is something we are tracking internally to get added with a future update.
  20. Click at the top/bottom of the wheel and it will trigger the up/down commands. The texture itself doesn't rotate (as it is a 2D popup and the rotation would be in the axis where that isn't readily feasible).

  22. This appears the be the same issue as posted here: Windows Defender is falsely quarantining the main cj_systems plugin preventing X-Plane from loading it.
  23. A plugin on your system appears to be blocking the network connection from the aircraft to verify your license. We've seen this issue before with the GndHandling plugin, try removing that and see if that resolves the issue. (E:\SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/X-Plane 12/Resources/plugins/GndHandling/win.xpl)
  24. There are a few requirements for AP to be able to engage: The "Turn" knob must be centered on the AP control panel on the center pedestal. There is a clickspot on the knob that will center it for you as well. The attitude gyro must not be in fast erect mode. This is the lower left switch on the pilot's switch panel located to the left of the main pilot's displays The ATT2 gyro must not be enabled as the EADI source. This is the button underneath the DME power button on the pilot's panel. "ATT2" would show on the EADI if it is selected. The ATT1 gyro must be aligned. (If you see the horizon bars on the EADI, it is aligned)
  25. It is likely the issue here with an overactive Windows Defender:
