TorqueSim and X-Aviation are proud to announce the BN-2 Islander! Initially started independently of TorqueSim, the inclusion of this beautiful bird into the new TS development pipeline has allowed for rapid progress and the seamless integration of custom systems, as well as boosting the quality of the 3D models and textures significantly! This aircraft will feature a high quality model, PBR textures throughout, a full custom electrical system with working circuit breakers, support for the AFM G5 avionics on launch, and of course the fantastic roar of its O-540s will be rendered in beautiful FMOD! All that, and more to come as we plan to update and improve our product throughout its lifetime! To stay up to date with what’s going on keep a close eye on the forum here! Stay tuned for more dev updates, screenshots, and insights, and of course for the big moment when the plane is available to fly on X-Aviation!

I think Jan made pretty clear in this topic where we stood on it. Either to remove completely, or remove the ability to turn. Removing is likely the option to take with X-Plane offering native support.

Your license data is not getting saved. Do you have a firewall or anti-virus preventing this?

News is usually worth posting. When we have news, we post news.

Hi there. Please also upload the Gizmo Log.txt file.

It would probably help if you told us what aircraft you are seeking help for. You've posted this in a General Discussion forum and not a product forum.

Problems uninstalling original/installing update in OS-X Catalina
Cameron replied to billybob's topic in SkyMaxx Pro v4
It does run in Catalina, but you are trying to run an installer from when you had a prior OS installed. You will need to manually delete the uninstaller located in X-Plane/X-Aviation and the SilverLining plugin folder located in X-Plane/resources/plugins -
When exactly did you create a ticket? Did you read our reply timeline information? Has it been longer than that timeline on our contact page?

We don't bother with quarters. When something is ready it's ready.

That article specifically addressed and showed screenshots of SkyMaxx Pro. We have been working with Laminar on this extensively.

If you disabled Gizmo this will cause further issues. It is required.

Yes! All you need to do is redeem your Threshold M20 serial number and convert it to an X-Aviation order here: https://www.x-aviation.com/serial_redemption/

All of this actually means your product is not activated. You'll need to show your log.txt.

Right now we will be waiting for Laminar to figure out where they want to go in Vulkan or Metal API's. Weather plugins like SkyMaxx Pro and xEnviro will not work in it at this time.
-
I think you mean to Laminar, which is valid. Thanks for helping out!

No, it's already Catalina compatible. What's not compatible is the 1.1.9 uninstaller you are trying to use. You will need to manually delete it in the X-Plane/X-Aviation folder, and then also delete the TBM 900 in X-Plane/Aircraft/X-Aviation. Be sure to save any custom liveries in the process. You should then be able to run the new installer.
