  1. If the records are no longer showing, then no, they cannot be recovered.
  2. Nothing has been changed since this was posted, so no. That said, in general, VR in X-Plane is a literal crap shoot for rendering plugins depending on the headset you have.

  4. Thanks for taking the time to post and share your sentiments. I'm happy to see you took the time to read our advice and be up and working with the ILS.
  5. No. What you find to be so simple isn't. The update and code base changes were well into development for the future update well before this poked its head. Therefore, such a hot fix for this one thing that currently has valid workarounds is not going to happen. There is nothing stopping you from downloading the files above if you already use default X-Plane data. There is also nothing stopping you from using Navigraph 11.4 data format for the latest AIRAC cycle if you are a subscriber. Both ways get you working. I have no clue what in the world you're talking about here. No one has been censored. But, hey, I guess I'll take up your advice. So..... Topic closed compliments of @jrw4. For those that are civil and not so dramatic, just follow the instructions in earlier posts above and enjoy ILS functionality till the next update. Total invested time to fix on your end? Less then two minutes. Total invested time to write posts like above moaning you don't have time to do a less than two minute fix? Way too long. And for good measure, someone who actually listened and did just that:
  6. Yes. You're missing the fact it's intended for people who do not subscribe to data services and therefore don't care. It's not a problem right now. And, once it becomes an "outdated" problem, hopefully not long. Just need to be matter of fact about it. No need to over sensationalize or be dramatic.

  9. You have two options: Follow the instructions in the post just above yours Download the latest Navigraph cycle in 11.4 format.
  10. Vulkan does not allow this to be drawn at all. While we'd like for it to be on our roadmap, for now it's impossible.
  11. This is simply a matter of how X-Plane draws. Nothing we can do about it.

  13. License issues are not handled on the forums. This topic is closed.
  14. @Cumulonimbus1973 Try replacing JUST the earth_nav.dat file located in the zip I sent. See what happens then. It should definitely work: 1100 Version - data cycle 1708, build 20180717, metadata NavXP1100.
  15. Hi Timo, That's odd indeed and should not be the case. The dataset comes from 11.41. I'll have a chat with Laminar about this.
  16. As of version 1.1.13 this has been resolved and the below posts are no longer applicable! Numerous threads and posts have been made here with regards to the ILS no longer working in the TBM. This was due to a change in the X-Plane AIRAC data format. While a patch is being created to address this and other items, I went through some backup drives to obtain the previous AIRAC you can install to bring back ILS functionality. Download the attached file, and install it to: X-Plane/Resources The zip contains a folder called "default data". That folder should override the current one you have in place at the location listed above. This is only a temporary "fix" while we work to get the next release out. 1085835884_defaultdata.zip
  17. The most obvious (which has been posted numerous times in various threads) would be to use 11.40 AIRAC cycle. You're not going to be really missing anything by doing this.
  18. Use one of the suggested workaround and stop over-exaggerating a situation. It gets old. Of which you've owned it less than 30. And, while you're busy doing pointless math, 260 days ago in April is not when this problem initially cropped up. It's being fixed. That's fine and dandy if a massive patch that changed the code base for Vulkan related items and other changes wasn't already in development. But, contrary to the perfect situation you conjured up, things were already in motion and being programmed that did not have to do with this. Rolling back was not an option.
