  1. The store states no activation. Validation of purchase is stated, and validation of purchase is checked. Given you haven't purchased any products from us otherwise, I can certainly see your confusion. The DRM restricts computer usage, this does not. Please feel free to carry on any further questions or concerns you may have through our contact form located here: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php
  2. Thanks for all the feedback, guys! It's always awesome to see people having fun.

  5. As shown in the post above mine here, the Cessna 152 has been released! All future postings should be posted in the support forum now located here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?board=101.0 Enjoy!
  6. We are packaging the final release now. Be on the lookout...VERY shortly!
  7. To add to this, given how old the topic is, we have kept our word and moved to the easier in-sim system. In case you haven't seen it, you can see a video of it in operation here: This was originally discussed as an "upcoming" feature in reply 12 of this thread. It's been released now since March. As long as you enjoy X-Plane yourself, that's all that matters.
  8. Hi, all, The Cessna 152 is nearing its release, and as such it's only proper to let everyone see some shots of what it looks like now! Enjoy!
  9. Hi, John, Any chance you can upload a log from the updated version XP?
  10. Hey, John, Any chance you can post your log.txt from X-Plane as an attachment here? Would like to try and help!
  11. Manny, Though I don't live in the bay area or take these shots, I did live in the valley or Northern California for quite a while and can tell straight away that majority of the above shots are in the south east side of the bay, more or less by the San Jose and Fremont areas. Not all of them, but quite a few of them.
  12. Those textures are superior on the 787. Must be because of the normal maps.
  13. It's not X-Plane.
  14. Hi, All, Just a few shots of the Cessna 152 in X-Plane as it stands now. Keep in mind this is still work in progress and some textures are still subject to change or are missing entirely. Regardless, we wanted to show some shots as we know people enjoy the updates when we have them! Enjoy!
  15. Got it and replied! Thanks lis!
  16. Hi, Lis, I'm not aware of Gizmo affecting aircraft that don't utilize it (unless the aircraft use SASL). Gizmo is set to basically "decline" interaction or work if it knows not to with unauthorized aircraft. I would be willing to test this further, however, I'm near certain I've never seen something like you speak of happen with non-Gizmo compatible aircraft.
  17. Lis, The Sundowner does not utilize Gizmo. Iannik, The problem you are likely seeing is related to your GPU exhausting resources because of the large texture use on the Sundowner for detail. We are working through it to help alleviate this issue, and it will be sent out to all customers in a free patch in a short time from now.
  18. No, not at this time, Riccardo. When we are ready to show what you are seeking, it will be in the form of a video.
  19. As Nik above is pointing out to you, there is a feature list of the G1000 on the product page.
  20. Simon, Interesting review, indeed. There are some things I'd like to have you guys clarify as someone who has not purchased this aircraft. Perhaps Chip would know the answers: 1. Does this aircraft use any form of plug-in, or is it simply relying on the already available generics with modified bitmaps? This would be interesting to know, since there seems to be an emphasis on the complexity of the systems. 2. At the end of the article Chip stated: "Peter’s Airbus series have the BEST COCKPIT LIGHTING available in X-Plane." I'd be curious to know what others think of this comment when compared to 3D cockpits utilizing the 3D lighting available to developers. Something like Nils' BK117 in comparison. I would *think* the results of true 3D cockpits would be more immersive than that of a 2D panel using LIT textures like the A380. Again, I don't own the product, so I'm genuinely curious to know any info on the above. Thanks for sharing the review!
  21. Practically all of what you see is functional, yes. Javier utilizes the pilot view plug-in and Track IR for his flying, so I'm not sure a specific FOV would necessarily apply to the answer you're looking for aside from his standard setting (67).
  22. Hi, there, We have a select beta team, and to keep things under control will not be expanding this to a public beta. Thanks for your interest in the project!
  23. We're not going to be giving any release estimates. It may be sooner, it may be later.
