No, there is no date. Actually, what you said was, "not as described on your store page". That implies we have not told the truth in how the product works. You felt the need to announce this (which is fine), so I had a play with words on it. In reality it's minor, but minor is subjective and you felt the need to make a big deal of it. I used a wink for a reason. No need.

I expect to push the latest version when it's able to be pushed. Happy to give you a platform to voice your concerns and let people know what big bad liars we are!

Appreciate your willingness, but we're good on the verification front!

Does ANYBODY cares about support the customers on X Aviation????
Cameron replied to CD12's topic in General Discussion
You received a response on October 6th. Perhaps check your spam box or promotional e-mails? I just saw your other ticket come up, but you asked the same question again, so I'm assuming you didn't see the resolution the first time around. What a guy. -

Return to Previous Version of Payware Aircraft
Cameron replied to Steve Hunnisett's topic in Help!?!
No, this is not possible. In addition, I have absolutely no idea why either of these aircraft would perform "better" over the other. In the case of the PT-19 especially, there was absolutely NOTHING done to affect any kind of performance. -
The uninstall and re-install process will preserve your settings. Therefore, when updating everything should be back to where it was before without you needing to do anything or save any files.

Hello All, This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 1.0.2 update for the PT-19. All customers who have purchased the PT-19 up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete instructions on how to obtain your update. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase the PT-19 from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 1.0.2 for you. What if I didn't get the update e-mail? If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update! Here's what to do: 1. Login to your X-Aviation account here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/account_history.php 2. Find your original PT-19 download and re-download the file. It will download as the latest version! The following is a list of additions/fixes included: What's New / Changed: Oil cap can now be opened when cowling is fully removed Fixed control lock mechanism glitching out when using hardware joysticks Fixed fuel consumption Fixed idle throttle setting not being saved Fixed oil temperature defaulting to 0 everytime Fixed compatibility issues with 11.50 dataref not being recognized by 11.40 users Fixed braking action on grass not being enough to hold the aircraft still Fixed Graphical glitch on certain liveries Minor 3D Model adjustments Fixed Kollsman windows calibration Using Autostart will now automatically insert Spark Plugs As always, thanks for being a customer with X-Aviation. We appreciate your feedback and support! Enjoy these latest updates, and stay tuned to the forum as we continually announce the latest happenings.

I'm having trouble understanding what this post is trying to say. Does your IFR work in the real aircraft have something to do with aural alerts that we're missing? As far as I'm aware, the G1000 system does not have such callouts, and we are only simulating what's in the real aircraft. If you're asking us to add something that's not in the real aircraft, the answer would be "no".

X-Aviation Prompt Login, Then Game Shuts Down?
Cameron replied to Kavontae's topic in G5 Instruments
Why? Gizmo has nothing to do with Carenado products. Try running the G5 installer again and selecting the stable build if you're having issues with the beta. No. Installing into the Cardinal will allow the 2D popups of the G5 to occur straight away, but if you actually wanted to get it into the 3D panel it's a lot more involved and likely not something you'll be able to do without the source 3D files from Carenado (which I don't think they'll give). Best route would be to request they add it to their product as an option. What happens when you try to activate with the C172 G5 aircraft? -
Rain isn't currently working in Vulkan and Metal. The next update should hopefully have a working solution in those scenarios.

You can definitely hear these kinds of sounds in real life!

Out of curiosity, what's the reason to NOT upgrade to 11.50? I can't think of a plausible case why this would be!

Curiosity About Frame Rates and Toe Brakes
Cameron replied to Steve Hunnisett's topic in Fairchild PT-19
The size of an aircraft or how "simple" it is in your mind is not how performance works. It's a mixture of code and graphics. It sounds to me like you're limited somewhere @Steve Hunnisett. I'm also on a Mac and getting roughly 60-70fps on my setup, but I also have a late 2019 model Mac. If I had to guess I'd venture to say that your GPU is the ultimate culprit on the Mac, but without running a bunch of tests I couldn't say for sure. -
As already mentioned and is in the manual, you cannot use "Start with engines running."
-
That dataref definitely exists in X-Plane, though I don't know when it was introduced. You may want to consider moving to X-Plane 11.50 now that it's considered a stable build and see if that solves this issue.

There are two clickspots to bring up items. First one is just left of the seat in the checklist tray, and the other is right of the seat in another tray to hold a log. Click on these trays and the items will appear respectively on your right or left side at head level. Click the video below to show this. I have made it so it starts at the right spot in the video.
