  1. Perhaps you need a simple reminder. You're easily remembered, as you tend to use "WTF" in e-mails. ...and that's not the first time either.
  2. Yes, you can. There is no issue with altering the aircraft if you know what you're doing. Keep in mind there is no true 2D panel on this aircraft, so you more than likely will not get the effect you desire. 3D adjustments will require 3D model editing, and not just simple Plane Maker edits.
  3. Each of these aircraft are equally well crafted and a joy to fly. We have a standard at X-Aviation for quality, and try our best to not disappoint in what we deliver. Because of this, I'm confident you'll get enjoyment out of either one. The MU-2 is a complex plane. It's fun simply for the fact that it's rewarding once you understand how to fly it right, and we have some awesome documentation included with the product to guide you right along. If you're into this kind of thing, and you want another relatively realistic "button pushing" experience, the Corvalis is right there next to it with the G1000 simulation, and it's only about to get better (free updates coming that many will enjoy...to be announced later). The Falco is my favorite aircraft to fly around in just for fun. It's probably one of the most advanced programmed aircraft when it comes to manipulators and the detail is stunning. It's not as complex to fly, but it sure is a joy as a VFR plane if you want to just enjoy the view (which could equally be said for the Corvalis too). Ultimately, this is going to come down to your own preference. I am confident, though, you won't be disappointed with either. You could always take advantage of the sale and get both! Out of those three aircraft, you'll get more joy than with most any other add-ons out there. The only thing they don't cover is...a jet. We'll fix that soon.

  7. This issue has been resolved. Thanks all!
  8. Competition...may the best product win. Just have fun and don't worry about what other developers do.

  11. Did you really just take that as far as you did? Really?
  12. Hi, Justin, Traditionally, Tom is right. Good, well done renders take some skill in programs that generally take more skill. AC3D is limited in it's functionality when it comes to rendering, and relies on 3rd party software. That said, there are some programs out there that DO try and make it easier. Check this one out and see how you go: http://www.kerkythea.net/joomla/
  13. Hi, there, This is something out of our control if we choose to leave manipulators intact for a more "fun" experience (when they work right, of course...which most of the time, they do). X-Plane seems to have a bug with manipulators at certain view angles. Laminar is aware of this, and have plans to fix it, though it may not be out till XP 10.
  14. Looks great! Keep it up!
  15. Great idea, guys! Hope you guys stick around and paint up a bunch of aircraft outside of the Airbus for everyone to enjoy!
  16. The MU-2 does NOT utilize Gizmo. Not true. It is still very much free, and always will be for end users. You can get it here: http://x-plugins.com/wiki/Gizmo#Download_and_Installation Nope! Yes, they should be equally compatible in X-Plane 10. However, X-Plane 10 aircraft will NOT work in X-Plane 9. Please see your e-mail to answer your activation issues.
  17. No, but it should majority of the time...
  18. Herve, You have been re-sent an invite to re-subscribe to the Corvalis update list. Please find this in your e-mail inbox and click the link to confirm subscription. Best Regards, Cameron
  19. I think so. It's got some amazing features that are very compelling. The biggest ones that stand out to me: The RJ100 also includes an accurate flight model, stall speeds, cruise speeds. Tear the skies up, dude!
  20. Looks great, Kieran!

    GPS Question

Rod, Are we talking about the default King Air that comes with XP? In general, a lot of aircraft will have a source selector, like the default King Air that comes with X-Plane. To answer your question, the GPS in the default King Air is actually a simplified FMC...not fully realistic, but it "works." Here's what to do: 1. Enter your waypoints as needed 2. Change your selected source to GPS (see red box on left of picture below) 3. Take-off and intercept the path of your route. After take-off you can push the "LOC" button (see red box on right of picture below) This is a quick and dirty without using up too much time to explain. Hope this helps some!
  23. Hi, Florian, You may want to download WED (WorldEditor) and try to ensure the taxiways and runways are not set to invisible in this package. WED is available here: http://wiki.x-plane.com/Scenery_Tools
  24. Looks like you're having fun. Keep up the good work!
  25. What happens if you fly another route?
