These posts will be locked immediately. 2. Send such support requests to the following location so we can tend to you personally, as this is more of a sensitive subject: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php We will help you out as soon as possible!

Hello, all, As promised for a Sunday release!... This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 1.1 update for the Take Command! CRJ-200. All customers who have purchased the CRJ-200 up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete installation instructions on how to update your product. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase the CRJ-200 from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 1.1 for you. What if I didn't get the update e-mail? If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update! Here's what to do: 1. Login to your X-Aviation account here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/login.php 2. View your past order history invoice that contains the CRJ-200 purchase on it. 3. At the bottom of the invoice you will find a blue highlighted link to your update! The new installer will detect whether this is a new install, or if you already have the CRJ 1.0 installed. Depending on your current situation, the installer will run through the appropriate paths with you, including uninstalling all unnecessary items from the previous 1.0 version! There are some important fixes and requests implemented in this update. The following is a list of additions/fixes included: GRAPHICS: * Fixed a little bug where you could see through FMS instrument if camera was very close to it * Fixed different shadowing on external escape door and engines at different cloud conditions. Now Landing lights and Cabin light affect cockpit. * Fixed a small gap in display frame texture * CDU font on Mac looks nicer now * Fixed color profile of Frame/CDU background graphic (previously was too red on Windows/Linux) * Added Tail Nav light * Changed default livery as Bombardier home. * Added click spot on pilot yoke to show and hide it * Added a user modifications folder. The user may choose to have clean windshield coaming. Read instructions inside folder. * Added Photoshop3D files to paint in 3D inside Photoshop (only wings and Fuselage) * Fixed little polygon overlap in tail. * Fixed a little issue with Logo night Textures. * Added a "light" version of CRJ in Users Modifications folder without Cabin, pilots and GPU to save VRam. * Added spanish translation of tutorial document. * Refined camera positions in Pilot View plugin for better 2D cockpit experience. Added also PilotView.ini config file to overwrite the one of pilotview and let you use Control+Shift+Function keys to change between displays (windows version. On Mac you have to define the keystrokes the way you want... and also whatever version you are running) SYSTEMS: * Enhanced FMS turn radius prediction * Increased PFD refresh rate * Fixed VOR and NDB frequency display on WPT SEL page * Fixed alignment error with LSKs on WPT SEL page * Fixed frequency rounding error on RTU display * Fixed loading SID/STARs for multiple runways * Fixed inverted yaw damper switch lights * Fixed crash-to-desktop when not loading display frames on Mac * Fixed crash-to-desktop when trying to copy an empty waypoint * Increased margin to allow for reverser toggle * Fixed "stuck" throttle levers when thrust limit active * Enhanced thrust limiter to work with two separate hardware throttle axis * Fixed bug in calculating accumulated distances on MFD * Fixed bug in transformation order of flight director * Fixed bug in transformation order of map display * Fixed transponder codes starting with 0 were incorrectly rejected * Increased differential pressure that would allow for opening the door - this is a workaround for an X-Plane bug COMPATIBILITY: * Fixed all known plugin incompatibilities like x737, XPUIPC, AirportNav, etc * Some compatibility improvements for Mac OSX 10.5 * Some compatibility improvements for Ubuntu 11.04 * Fixed hydraulics issue causing trouble with other aircraft, if loaded after the CRJ As always, thanks for being a customer with X-Aviation. To everyone: Tomorrow (Sunday) will be the day! X-Aviation is based in the US, so that is the timeline we are going on here. I have just completed most of everything here, so tomorrow will be final touch up and then uploading for everyone to download. See you all in the air soon! -
I am Happy with the CRJ I don't talk. Just fly.
Cameron replied to Japo32's topic in General Discussion
Believe it or not, the cost is as low as it is because Walmart demanded it to be. Because of this, X-Plane 10 has been vouched not to be sold in that store again, and the cost of X-Plane 10 at pre-order sale price was last set at $89. The final price is likely to be around that or slightly higher at around $99. -
He's quoting the terms when signing up here, Perry. No worry.

I think you should quit while you're "ahead" in this one. In all seriousness though... You're at well over negative 70 in the karma department. There's a general user consensus here that you're posts are on the rather annoying or pointless side. We appreciate having members here, including yourself. My suggestion would be to put more forethought in what you post before actually doing so.

CRJ-200 Update Version 1.1 Release Information
Cameron replied to Cameron's topic in Version 1.0 Support - Closed!
Still fact and as was since the first release, we optimized as best we could. This is a limitation of QT between the different OS's. Do not expect any crazy or major performance improvements in this update outside of all the bug fixes. -

Performance is about as good as it gets in even the current build. There were slight adjustments for the LEGS page, but outside of that what you see is what you get. -

Hi, All, Version 1.1 of the CRJ-200 will be released this weekend. All X-Aviation customers will be notified by e-mail immediately upon release. This e-mail will contain information on how to update the product, and a new topic will be posted in these forums as well. To see a list of the main changes/bugs fixed in this update, please see the following topic: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=2111.0 All topics in this forum will be moved to a new section titled "Version 1.0" to help alleviate the ease of going through topics that are old and assist potential buyers as well as current users to understand what is or is not an old bug, or for that issue, a bug that no longer exists. Please keep an eye on your inboxes and this forum for this update!

Tom Kyler cannot do anything. I have supported and answered every one of your e-mails no matter how repetitive they get. "Buggy" is subjective, and stating each release we have is buggy is even more subjective. To you, this is buggy. To the thousands of others who do NOT have this problems, it is not a bug and this is bug free. I have stated that I wish there was more I could offer to you. I will not re-hash this all out here, Tom. We have been over this in e-mail time and time again, and I have done my best to understand as well as tend to the learning of the situation. I gave you my suggestions, I was unable to figure this out as much as it pains me to say. My suggestion now is to wait on the 1.5 release. You got much use out of this product for well over a year. You were supported fully in that time, and a refund was not only out of the question for basic reasons, but also technical reasons due to how long you used the product and the fact that we cannot refund back to cards after a 60 day period. There is nothing more I can offer at the moment. I honestly wish I had all the answers and could speedily get this done. However, multiple people are involved in these projects and nothing is instantaneous. I don't know when the 1.5 release will be just as much as Tom Kyler doesn't. The best thing either one of us can tell you is we are delegating tasks as best we can while still living as best we can. We'll get there as "safely" and soon as possible. I apologize for your frustrations. Thanks for being an X-Aviation customer.

This was a general blog that did occasional reviews and is no longer active. The site did not sell any of the products in question. The product this review is for is located for purchase here: http://store01.prostores.com/servlet/x-planestore/Detail?no=177

...because it doesn't currently use Gizmo, that's why. We've been through this a time or two before, Tom. Your setup is the biggest mystery of all time to me, especially since no other customers have this issue AND because yours worked for a relatively good period of time before issues started appearing. I really do wish I had more for you, but we went through all the steps that resolve this for everyone else within a matter of a few replies. Unfortunately, such was not the case for you and 1.5 is the only answer I have for the moment. I do apologize.

Thanks for all of the info, Michael. Javier or Philipp will chime in a bit more here soon. I'm currently not in a position to troubleshoot this, but will alert them!
