    Thanks for sharing! Nice mods!
  2. The problem with this statement is that it's speculation on your part. You assume the return would be small for the investment. I can tell you without hesitation that the money is there, and some products have in very obvious ways shown so to those that need to know.
  3. Many...TBA. A lot more than you're privvy to is going on behind the scenes thanks to a joint effort between several entities.
  4. Marlon, You'll likely need to download the latest service pack update for this product free of charge at the REX website if you haven't done so already!
  5. Predictions and implementation are only as good as the programming behind them. I can without a doubt state that the UFMC has fantastic representation of VNAV provided that the config file you're using is well coded. The developer of the UFMC provides some preset ones for you when purchased. Bear in mind that the UFMC does NOT use X-Plane's generic VNAV implementation. Instead, it uses custom logic (just like PMDG) to properly calculate things. In fact, the UFMC pretty much overrides the entirety of X-Plane's autopilot with it's own, creating a much more true to life experience. At this moment you are taking something PMDG says at face value. There are people justifying experience here who HAVE flown PMDG products plenty, and are vouching for the integrity of the UFMC and the experience it provides. You can take it at face value as well, or you can purchase it and see for yourself!
  6. Time will tell. That said, I think you're very wrong in your assumption. Then again, what do I know?

  8. Okay, I understand you now... You tried to login to your user account on X-Aviation but it said your password was wrong, then you tried to reset your password but did not get an e-mail. I'll take care of this for you. Best, Cameron
  9. Again, you're making no sense at all. What new password? What do you mean ticket email? If you send us an e-mail it will create a ticket automatically. You need the update, so get it! No one is holding you back. It's there for you to get at any moment you want it. The aircraft works just fine.
  10. It's a real beauty in general! Tons of fun to fly, and pretty darn interactive!
  11. As usual, topics like this are not to be discussed here. http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=965.msg18562#msg18562 Topic is closed. Please seek X-Aviation support. As you already have e-mails in the queue, please be patient. We have a lot going on over the last week, with various e-mail support topics open for a number of products. These range from download link resets to general password resets. No one gets ignored, and everyone gets answered in the order they are received.
  12. This topic has been moved to Aircraft Development. [iurl]http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=2523.0[/iurl]
  13. Please re-read this topic and follow the instructions.
  14. You're making no sense at all. Please send in a support ticket by following the link in my previous post above.

  17. Is this when you have the CRJ loaded? The log I mean? I'm not seeing the vas plugin or the CRJ plugin load. Can you please: 1. Open X-Plane and the CRJ 2. Exit X-Plane 3. Post the resulting log again.
  18. People are even MORE prone to move aircraft folders around. If they break something they'll come to us. If they come to us we'll tell them what not to do.
  19. Upper right corner of this forum. PM = Personal Message.
  20. Follow instructions as listed here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=2444.msg23323#msg23323
  21. That means the .tga file extension is there, but your OS is hiding it...that's plenty normal.
  22. It very much sounds like you have either: A) Not followed the installer instructions as presented to you Moved stuff around when you shouldn't You should: 1. Download the file after purchase from X-Aviation. 2. Unzip the file you download, and run the installer that corresponds to the operating system you use. There are a few Linux installers included depending on your setup. 3. Follow the installer prompts. Make sure you select your X-Plane directory and NOT an aircraft directory for install! The installer will then install all necessary files where they should go. The CRJ will install to: X-Plane/Aircraft/X-Aviation/CRJ-200 DO NOT MOVE THE AIRCRAFT FROM THIS FOLDER! On to your battery issue: Are you treating these as switches or manipulators? They are manipulators, and rather than just clicking on them you need to grab the switch and move it with mouse motion. Are you doing this?
