  1. Send me a PM. I don't have any open support requests, so I'll be happy to assist you there. By the way, the e-mail you have listed is NOT valid for support at this time, and never has been. The proper way to contact is through the contact form on our page. Thanks!

    X-Aviation Begins Orders for X-Plane 10

Shipping is expedited out on priority mail for international. It generally takes 7-8 days to reach most places of the world out of the US. Sometimes sooner, but that's the safer bet. We can arrange for faster shipping if it's wanted, but it won't be $5. Thanks for the interest!
  3. It's not entirely hardware dependent. Can be changed around due to new method of internet connection, or OS re-install/upgrade as well. E-Mailing X-Aviation is the way to go. Activation support is not provided within the forums.
  4. Random topic, I know. Topic pretty much says it all, and this is purely for my own curiosity... Xbox or PS3? Why one over the other?
  5. Rumors should be taken only with a grain of salt. In all truth, FSDreamTeam has consistently stated publicly and privately that their interests do not lie with X-Plane.
  6. No need to buy again.
  7. No, it is not.
  8. I'm honestly unaware of a list. I don't think it's at the top of the priority list though. That said, I also don't think they are holding out the aircraft as secrets. A number of them were shown in Javier's X-Plane video showcasing all of his works (payware and XP 10). More of the secrets have been left to some of the eye candy that still hasn't been shown yet.
  9. This was originally by Sergio Santagada. His health has declined, and as such the plane has not been finished. The final outcome of this aircraft and its fate has not been decided yet, but it won't be present in the initial XP 10 release at the least.
  10. Things happen.
  11. I don't think James was speaking to you, Steve.
  12. Hi, Civvy, Welcome to X-Pilot! Can you please specify whether you are trying this with the version of X-Plane that came off of the X-Plane DVD, or with the latest updated version from the web? If you only just installed X-Plane directly from the DVDs, then you'll need to download the free updater and run it. You can obtain it here: http://x-plane.com/pg_downloads.html
  13. This topic is closed. One PM, four e-mails, two posts. Enough.
  14. As previously stated, you need to contact X-Aviation: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php
  15. This is likely attributed to missing files in your plugins/systems folder. Please submit a ticket through the contact form on X-Aviation. Easy fix!
  16. Hi, Jol, Two replies were sent to you for two e-mails from last week. Please ensure you have nothing in your spam folder. I'll have a reply sent to you once more tomorrow to give you time to check on this. Best, Cameron
  17. RealScenery works flawlessly in X-Plane 10. Load times are fantastic, and the scenery mixed with X-Plane's lighting is really very nice. The pack overrides whatever we tell it to. In X-Plane 9 we made the decision to override due to the poor placement of objects in sim. With X-Plane 10 the verdict is still out. Depending on how it looks we'll make the decision to choose whatever makes the scenery look most convincing in sim! Should we choose to make some kind of update for this, all customers who have purchased for 9 will get a FREE upgrade to 10.

    Scenery4XP Releases Seattle-Tacoma Intl

Not misled at all! I had never seen the release and had assumed it was still in progress till I got news about it. Still good to have up for those that have not known of its release.
  20. Hi, there, It's a number of factors for the jumping FPS, including: Where your current location in sim is, what page in the FMS you're on, and whether your displays are on. The Q6600 is a relatively decent CPU, but using the older tech in comparison to those like Sandy Bridge. The biggest bottleneck here is likely to be the CPU itself. As a tip, try and stay off the LEGs page while in flight on your FMC unless you're actually using it. This can eliminate some stutter if you're experiencing any, as the page constantly refreshes navdata to check distances, etc.
  21. Trying to determine if your landing was good or bad based on deployment of the reversers is not the way to go. You don't want it too soft, but you don't want it too hard. Reversers will come on from the "nice to too hard" level.
