  1. You have an old installer. Re-download.
  2. One in the works, otherwise just the stuff John has already posted in the forums. Might be, but not happening.
  3. Hello Folks!, Today we are happy to announce SoundMaxx has been released! Enjoy this new add-on!
  4. That's different than asking how to remove the chocks...
  5. I have people writing me everyday asking silly things that are covered in manuals on the first few pages. People just do not like to read documentation, which beats me, because they could get their answers a lot quicker that way!
  6. No update on the manuals at this time. The forums are a great resource and regardless of manuals most people don't read them. They come here instead. At some point they will be updated, but the focus has been to get this into eager hands.
  7. To upload pictures you need to click the "More Reply Options" box below the regular reply box you are using. Please go run a test at an airport without scenery installed...no photoscenery, no HD Mesh if you have it, and no object scenery.
  8. I don't know what to tell you, Kerry. The manual does talk about the A/P disconnect on pages 194/195, including the audible calvary charge and associated warnings that come with the sound. So, given this, you could have either read the manual or contacted us to say "I read the manual but am not sure where the A/P disconnect button is." I'll say that it doesn't mention the sound clearing with it, but considering the sound is part of the annunciator warnings, this is what is to be interpreted. Instead you came on here asking (and even insinuating) if the sound was a bug, when the manual clearly discusses disabling the warnings (indicating it is possible). To quote the manual: Overall it's not a big deal, and I suppose some take it for granted, but pretty much every aircraft (as Philipp has stated) works this way or similar, so I think it's easy sometimes for us to assume anyone purchasing an add-on this serious would know it. We'll try to remember to be easy, but you also need to remember that in a digital age where words are stored in online search engine databases, labeling things as "problems" which are really not can be damaging.
  9. I'm not sure I understand your point. Graphic card manufacturers, as well as Apple, mass produce products. I would not expect you to be the only one with an issue! You're failing to see the point. Your machine is not Godzilla. It can't handle everything. For whatever reason you appear reluctant to provide what's being asked of you consistently. We can't help to offer solutions until you follow through. It's evident you don't like the technical explanation. Trying to compare other add-ons to something that's pushing 3D to it's limits is like comparing apples to oranges. They are not the same, nor do they utilize or access the same items on a graphics card.
  10. Like I said, I wouldn't be surprised if you're exhausting it. The bus on iMac graphics card is NOT big/fast. While X-Plane can and will run great in many scenarios on this machine, it is not a gaming machine with a gaming video card. Please show a screenshot of your SkyMaxx Pro settings screen.
  11. You can just drag and move it.
  12. What resolution are you running at, and what SkyMaxx Pro settings do you have? I would not be surprised in the least if you are exhausting VRAM on this machine.
  13. I strongly suggest you remove X-Plane from this folder. It is known to cause some major issues for X-Plane. Glad you like it!
  14. The red autopilot disconnect button on the yoke will silence it.
  15. No idea. I suppose you could try!
  16. Okay Kerry, I believe I have now solved this problem. Please re-download the Saab, then re-run the installer. Please remember NOT move the Saab to another folder after it's been installed! You will definitely mess things up as time goes if you do this. The same goes for all of our products. Thanks!
  17. Kerry, In your X-Plane folder you'll find another folder called 'X-Aviation'. There you'll find the uninstaller.
  18. Kerry, I have found the issue. This only affected NEW installs of 1.5GB or less installs like you are trying to do. Please run the uninstaller located in X-Plane/X-Aviation. I will let you know in a post here when a fix is uploaded for you.
  19. Thanks, Kerry. I meant to say for you to do this after you do a new install fresh from the new installer you need to re-download.
  20. Firstly, don't move it. You WILL mess up your install and future updates. This product is made to be kept where it's installed. Please show a log after you have opened the aircraft in the proper place. Additionally, please show a screenshot of the X-Plane/Aircraft/X-Aviation/Saab 340A/Passenger Variant/Objects folder. Lastly, please be sure you are running the installer only after it has been unzipped. Do NOT run it within the zip file (if you are). Yes. A new installer was uploaded already to fix a COMM radio issue. You'll need to go re-download the installer first.
  21. Why is your Saab 340 in the Heavy Metal folder?
  22. I don't know what you did, but it's very obvious you didn't install this right based on the log. Can you please list the steps you took to install this?
  23. Ryan, 1. The prop gauge can only go to zero if the XP prop rpm dataref is zero OR if the Left Essential Bus has no power. Otherwise I can’t explain it (nor can I reproduce it when flown accurately). 2. Go re-download a fresh installer. The COMM issue has been identified and fixed.
