  1. Yes, everyone starts with a factory fresh aircraft like you just bought it from the factory.
  2. The failures like you mentioned are not random. The aircraft has it's own wear and tear tracking, so if something was over stressed it's going to break, just like in the real world. It's not impossible to break something the day you buy it. This aircraft requires proper flying. It is not a just 'get in and go' type of situation. If you want to mimic being a proper pilot, this product is for you.
  3. Right now we don't know where the bug lies: Laminar or us. Deleting preference files and it all of a sudden working would suggest Laminar. We're not magicians here. People are offering you help, and it seems relatively easy, so use it and be thankful!
  4. See if there is a window hidden behind that window.
  5. We are actively investigating this.
  6. 1080 series were a pretty sizable jump from a 980. That said, majority of customers have pretty high end GPUs. We will continue looking at options, but I won't lie and say the 980 isn't getting a little long in the tooth. On the flip side, whenever you do upgrade, that's going to feel like a BIG jump with today's GPU tech!
  7. You shut it down properly before you leave X-Plane.
  8. Hi Xynka, Not for the moment.
  9. I also have an ultra wide 34 inch and do not have this issue. 4k or not?
  10. Re-download. I was a little behind on updating links to 1.0.4

  12. Should be solved in next update.
  13. Calling @oalabdullah to the post just above me here.
  14. Bitdefender is the cause of this.
  15. Do you mean on the G1000? There is no menu on the left side for a checklist.
  16. There is no checklist menu.
  17. If you left it up, you should expect it up at next reload. If you left it down but it re-loads as up, that's a problem. Need more info!

Hi Steve, I think in time we'll work towards this. Right now we're just so busy with getting those people with bugs sorted out, then we'll move back to additional features. In the meantime, have you tried pressing 'B' and then rotating the brake dial?
  19. Sounds like rudder pedal use and joystick use as in this topic are two different issues. Thanks for the feedback. Have you tried deleting ALL of your prefs to troubleshoot?
  20. We're looking into it. Don't have a cause yet, but for now you'll need to disable TerraMaxx in plugins if flying the tbm.
  21. No, we will not be providing manual download. The aircraft and required plugin need to be properly installed and in specific paths. It would be a customer service nightmare (we used to do it years ago). Malware from one really dumb move of some random non X-Plane seller does not mean everyone else who sells has half a brain to do something so stupid too. That's suicide for a company. Anyways, the straight answer is no.
  22. Calling @CDNCAVOK to this topic! I suggest you read this: http://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/topic/14777-cant-disengage-brakes/?do=findComment&comment=131605
  23. You sure you're using the proper installer? Has to be the one labeled 1.0.3. If you use the one from the zip that was 1.0.2 or earlier it will not work.
