2. Indeed it does! Surprisingly easy too actually, everything uses the same animation datarefs and such so other than a repositioning almost no modelling work was needed! I did something similar to the A330 and it was much more difficult... Here's another shot with some clearer details

 5. This is a game changer. Hello everyone. After many months of hard work, I am thrilled to unveil Southwest Florida Intl for X-Plane 10. In the screenshots below, catch a glimpse of one of the most detailed and beautiful sceneries ever created for X-Plane. Handling about eight million passengers a year, Southwest Florida Intl is the second busiest single-runway airport in the United States, and the 45th busiest in the United States overall. Key Features: 10 cm/pixel aerial orthoimagery covering the entire airport (approx. 8.41 sq. km)1 cm/pixel custom ground detail/markingsTrue-to-life pavement, not repetitive texturesNever-before-done, hand-placed pavement seams covering the entire airport apron, runway and taxiwaysBaked-in, ray-traced ambient occlusion on all major buildingsBaked-in, ray-traced night illumination on the airport terminal buildingSpecular reflections and all-HDR lighting (no hand-painted lighting)Accurate building heights, measured using LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) elevation dataDesigned using efficient modelling techniques and X-Plane 10-native methods for maximum performance without compromising on qualityAnimated jet bridges and marshallers at all gates (using the freely available AutoGate plugin by Jonathan Harris)Static aircraft as an optionAnimated and static ground vehiclesVolumetric grassRoad trafficCompatible with HD Mesh Scenery v3 by Andras Fabian Release Date: This scenery is not really a 'work in progress' any more, it has been completed and submitted to Aerosoft. That being said, a release date is not currently available. -- Click on each screenshot below to view the full detail of the scenery in gorgeous 1920 x 1080 pixels --

 6. While it is too early to decide whether the new update is already bugged, because every system and setup varies, this warning goes out only to Mac OS X users. However, I would recommend Windows users to take a look at this as well and comment if you have noticed anything. Dear fellow Mac Users, I highly recommend holding off on the current update because there are issues between X-Plane and 3rd party plugins. One of these is SASL; causes the system to crash every time. This is straight from my Log.txt: --=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: SASL}==-- Guys, if you are the type to frequently install betas, please skip this one. I hope this whole post wasn't redundant, because perhaps I'm the only one who had done this to myself so far Happy Flying and Happy Thanksgiving. EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED: Dear Mac Users who are running OS X EL CAPITAN. Please make sure your aircraft are using the Newest Version of SASL to avoid any compatibility issues. 9.

Nope, a clever bit of object replacing using Peter Hager's A320 as a donor. Actually pretty easy to do, just had to adjust the position of the engines in a 3D editor (I use AC3D) to match the CFM ones, and make a few texture changes on the wing, and it looks perfect!

 11. BaBene, Thanks for your well thought out post. I'll let Tom answer his side to this, but I'll also remind you that after sales support is every bit a factor in this. Linux does not behave as "easy" as mass consumer operating systems, and it's made even more rough by the multitude of flavors. The simple answer to that is to say we only support one flavor, but even then there's the staff support training costs and upkeep of the plugin development (which believe it or not is not as simple as drop and compile and up to this point has required quite a bit of work to achieve almost the same Windows and Mac functionality). It all ultimately comes down to economics, and that's something we'll continue to pay attention to in the years going forward. As for these wannabe Linux users? There must be a lot of them in the X-Plane world. Most of them are quite demanding and even vengeful in other public venues. I'm sure there's plenty of good folk, but when the only ones who want to speak up are these so called "wannabe's" it doesn't put a good taste in our mouth.
