Those of you who qualify will receive a 50% off ($19.95 instead of $39.95) upgrade discount which will be valid for 60 days from the time SkyMaxx Pro v3 goes on sale. After this, the product will go to full price for all customers. This will be the first time we have done paid upgrades, but in order to provide continued development on this plugin (both in the past and into the future) it is necessary to charge for this upgrade. Information on release: SkyMaxx Pro v3 will be released in as short order as possible. We currently have a beta team going through Release Candidate builds. Updating progress sky. Pre-view of the new dawn texture. The day sky created with 3 "real sky textures" captured in 3 different locations and 3 different "clear air status". The mix of these 3 sky textures generate interesting realistic sky in x-plane on different flight levels. I'm working to better optimize this sky, and also create new sunsets.

hi Ryan. It is an experimental sky. I have found this texture online ( http://static.panoramio.com/photos/original/49173742.jpg) and manipulated sky with photoshop to create a new "x-plane hialt texture". The result is interesting. More screnshots with this experimental sky:

RFDS - Newcastle to Sydney CBD Appears through the haze... Lined Up Runway 25 YSSY

Flown Hamburg (EDDH) - Timisoara (LRTR) - Mykonos (LGMK) today on VATSIM. For the most part it was smooth, but before departing Timisoara i already noticed interesting weather conditions at Mykonos. Winds from the east at around 10-15 kts gusting up to 20-25 kts with clouds dangerously close to the MDA (Minimum Descent Altitude) for circling on VOR approach runway 34 (the one and only option under these circumstances). I opted to hand fly the VOR approach, here still in IMC conditions ... The runway appeared in front of me just 2 or 3 seconds before reaching MDA. Just when the 737 exited cumulus. Breaking off and joining right hand circuit for runway 16 (circling east of the field is prohibited anyway). It may be hard to believe, but the runway you can see in the background is only 1900 meters long... Truth is i flown the circuit too short and ended up not aligned properly with the runway. Again, there was no other option but to go around. Stayed in VMC and flown another circuit, slightly better this time. Short final runway 16: Turning around at the designated turning pad. Scary little airport i tell you

Spectacular Visuals in the 777-300ER, while flying a leg from John F. Kennedy to London Heathrow, the famous Blue Ribbon Route. Sunrise over the Atlantic, stunning sky colors. Beautiful approach into Heathrow Reached the Gate, testing out the new "GroundHandling Deluxe" by JarDesign. There was no default set for the B77W, so I had to create my own. All I finished so far is four catering trucks for four of the main animated doors, but soon will add cargo, buses, trucks and etc. Building your own set takes a while, but most aircraft are supported.

To have some fun i did a couple of takeoffs at weights close to MTOW in the -300ER having armed engine failure / fire to occur above V1 on one of the two engines. It's a pretty scary scenario when you think of it: you're still on the ground doing 176 kts when you lose one engine. Yet you have to continue takeoff because you don't have enough runway left in front of you to stop safely. Coming back to Mother Earth won't be easy neither since the airplane is over 100 TONS of fuel heavier above Maximum Landing Weight (MLW). As usual, i couldn't resist punching my PrintScrn key every once in a while
