Had some Photoshop fun this morning and made a panoramic/fisheye view of the cockpit It was made up by 14 screenshots stitched together. It gives you a good view of the cockpit from above and shows many detals and layout of the cockpit you don't really see on "normal" shots or videos. (like if you need to extend the gear manually, note the hatch below the fire extinguisher with the handles inside) Click pic for higher res.

Yes I did have a look through them, those buildings aren't facades but fixed in size, so they're not too suitable to recreate complicated city centres. Also, I'm wary about linking to X-Plane objects as they can be removed at any time during an update etc, and break the scenery for everyone. Cities are going to be very difficult to get covered with a small number of objects, and the best bet is to have nicer looker facades. At some point it will happen, and there is a user "Thomas" who is working on some facades at the moment.

Both crepuscular rays and lens flare will kick in only if the sun is in view. Make sure you've tried disabling both effects together.

A couple of things what kind of hardware are you running? And are you sure you have the crepuscular rays disabled? I ask because smp does not affect the sun that is the x-plane default... You could try testing with the default clouds to see if the problem remains...

Exactly the same here. Sadly I dont have a log right now since I threw SkymaxxPro out the last time I fired up the sim. Will add it later. /edit Attached a no-crash log after Removal of SMP so that you have at least an idea of my plugin and system configuration. Log.zip

HOOOOOOOLYYYY SHIIIIIIIIT!!!!!!!!!! The rainy takeoff video is "too much to take" That rain looks amazing! just not some compromise, it looks really really good! I didn´t think that was possible and still have that performace due to particle system. Nice to see the fmc lines as well! This addon will be the king of kings!
