  3. I wanted to report that my issues with crashed flights seems to be resolved too... By crashes, i mean software crashes... I'm not sure any software will fix my flying. On a more serious note - SkyMaxx Pro, UrbanMaxx, and MaxxFX have really enhanced the flying experience for me. How you guys were able to provide add-ons that improve the visuals this much while not sacrificing performance is amazing! Thank you for being responsive in resolving the issues that Mac users were having!

  4. Just to let you know this is probably the greatest freeware release IN HISTORY of X-Plane. I'm especially greatful for the amount of work that went into this plane. It looks amazing and I've followed this topic for years and I see some amazing progress. Well done!

  5. Yeah, I agree with Derek as well. The normal maps look incredible! The orange tint to the windows just seems off to me. When I saw the 787 at Oshkosh the windows appeared much darker like in this picture

  6. World2Xplane is a fantastic, new scenery generating software by tonywob (don't know his real name) that uses OSM database to create realistic urban and city environments.

  8. I'm guessing you meant no harm, but I think your timing is pretty awful.

  9. Sunday Beaver Update 14 Hello all, As you probably know I spent the last week on the S-TEC 50 autopilot and it was driving me nuts at the beginning, because my custom code was fighting with the stadard XP behaviour. However, I reached a state where the S-TEC can be operated almost as the real one. I guess most people won't notice it and won't miss anything. I am quite happy with it now. All availabel modes are working like STB, ALT, HDG, NAV, APR and REV. You can also manually roll the aircraft to a selected heading by using a rotary knob. I haven't done any AP constant fine tuning yet. This will be part of the flight model testing and tuning. I am getting closer to the development state where I could show a video for demonstration purposes. You all have a nice day!

  10. I can just see it now..... Aircraft weight & Balance - Load passengers aka paratroops (passengers aka paratroops appear in cabin). Half an hour into flight....(and preferably over land or something solid)... Ctrl+O - deselect passengers aka paratroops (passengers aka paratroops disappear from cabin). You have to imagine the jumping-out bit. I like Cameron's version better.... I can't do it without irony.

  11. It's a novel idea, but I'll be very realistic with you and say the likelihood of us investing the time for it is next to nil at this point.
