  1. Hi all, I come in search of X-Plane experts! We (Just Flight) are currently in the process of modifying our existing FSX 800XP BizJet (http://www.justflight.com/product/800xp-bizjet) for use in X-Plane 10. As our main expertise lie in the area of Microsoft Flight Simulator, I am looking for some X-Plane addicts to assist us with the testing of the aircraft. As well as spotting any bugs we would be looking for general feedback on any areas that could be improved (within the limiations of X-Plane). Here are a few preview images of the aircraft in X-Plane 10: If you would be interested in helping us, please contact me - martyn[at]justflight.com Thanks Martyn

  3. You might be interested that Wayne is using the cut down, low-poly, low-resolution version. I made it specially for one of the beta-testers who is using a PowerMac G5. Originally, I had no intention of releasing it, but — thanks to Wayne — I've changed my mind. It could well be useful. The Comet is a big package, so the "economy" version could benefit people running older hardware, or when flying on line with other traffic. The latest work is here (hot off the press): http://www.dh-aircraft.co.uk/news/files/96eb54e98a365457e0c1de96d570b03b-100.html

  5. I am a happy Win 8 user for several months now. Internet Explorer does NOT give me any problems with the X-Aviation page.

  6. You can also just try playing with all the settings. there's only like 10 things you can do in the preferences.... S'What I did - took about 10 seconds to figure out how to do no window borders; lock them into position, etc. - CK.

  7. A beautiful sunset flight over the South Bay as the city lights just start to turn on and mix with the natural daylight. The city below is the San Jose and Milpitas area, looking north.

  10. HAHAHA..that is hilarious! Landing the Shuttle shuttle on a carrier. LOL! This view just hasn't gotten old yet: Running from the sun: I think this is going to be my first trip ever across the Baltic Sea in a flight simulator: Should have had some Chuck Berry going for the pax, at this point..."Riding along in my automobile..." Getting darker; I don't think I've had a night landing at a non-ILS field in quite some time. This should be an interesting flight: "Heavenly shades of night are falling, it's twilight time. Out of the mist your voice is calling..."

  11. First, thank you to mj12345 for reducing your signature a bit. Colin, don't get smart ass with me son, It's a reasonable request with good reasons. I don't expect you to necessarily share the view but I do expect you to be smart enough to know when to voluntarily honor a request. I asked politely that you shrink it, not remove it. I'll ask you again. Would you please reduce the size of your signature? Tom K
