  3. A quick hop from Poland to Germany in the JS32. Here you can see the icing starting to form on the engine inlets. This never ceases to amaze me in X-Plane. I'll forgive you if you thought it was just the remaining paint flaking off, but it really is ice! Into the setting sun:

  5. Hello, Well I've been inspired to start a new airport project. MMML - General Rodolfo Sánchez Taboada International Airport - Mexicali, Mexico. The insperation came from a tv documentary that I saw 'The Plane Crash' where they used the airport as a base from which to see what happens to people in a survivable crash. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Boeing_727_crash_experiment http://www.channel4.com/programmes/the-plane-crash/4od I intend to try and learn some 3d modeling this time for the terminal and other buildings. If anyone has any pictures of the 'air side' of the terminal they would be appreciated as I don't have many to work with. While the airport is much smaller than the much larger KEWR that I did on my first attempt at scenery, it gives me the opportunity to use and develop the skills I learned on that project and try and really impove the quality and end up with a small but interesting and detailed airport that should be fun to fly from. Nice location to learn to fly in the stable desert weather. Excellent location to crash your old used 727's. Andy

  8. La Gros Memoral Airport - 3R2 This is a project that I am working on an hope to release it this weekend. It is my first released airport. I am kinda excited to see what people think. This airport is located in south Louisiana, just south of Crowley, La and west of Lafayette, La. I still have a few touch up items I would like to add and or fix, but anyway below are the screenshots.

  10. Perhaps you guys should all get on the same page as a team and in private. We don't need an episode of 'Days of our Lives' played out in the forums. Closing this for now, guys. Come back a little more focused in the future.

  11. The official word is... It is still in development and getting very close. We are working on it, literally, every single day since mid 2012. Recently, a few "issues" were noticed that we are fixing.

  15. X-Plane 10 New Zealand Pro is a complete replacement scenery package for New Zealand (North and South island). It is a combination of two parts. An extremely high resolution base mesh (even a bit higher than the other HD Scenery Mesh regions) with updated (and more detailed) landclass data (riverbeds, mines and morains are entirely new – compared to default Global Scenery), very detailed road / railroad/ powerline vector, and highly accurate water data (you should find most of the relevant rivers / streams, tiny lakes, and more detailed coastlines). An additional overlay scenery, which adds treelines (this time they are “real”, derived from GIS data) and tons of objects (mostly houses, but there are also barns, churches, substations, schools, hospitals, shelters – outside the area, which are filled in by XP10 autogen). This scenery is for X-Plane 10 only, and ideally, you should have X-Plane 10.20 Beta 5 or above (as it brings some art assets – textures – in its default set, which NZ Pro uses). But don’t worry, if you have an earlier version of XP10, there is a “workaround” for you on the download page. Best of all this scenery is donationware, you can freely download and use it, and if you like, you might donate for it (and even then, you decide what its worth for you). To learn more visit the X-Plane 10 New Zealand Pro Homepage.
