Hopefully the new Xplane 12 12.3.1.3 beta has what Dev’s need to get radar working.

There is nothing new for onboard weather radar in this release.

It's disappointing to buy an aircraft that the developer claims to be the most complete for X-Plane 11 (possibly the most expensive as well) and see that it doesn't have a working weather radar, performance calculator and other things that ALL other aircrafts have (even the freeware ones). I'm very disappointed.

I hazard a guess that most of the "weather radar" found in other addons is - admittedly - quite useful in giving you some depiction of what X-Plane may have generated as moisture and clouds around you.
I am currently flying some Airbus addon and I am pretty happy that I have some sort of weather depiction on my ND.
Still - in most cases, it fails to reproduce the real workings of a weather radar, with tilt, gain, ground clutter, and all the intricacies.

Well ... that may bring on the dreaded issue of an "interim" weather radar solution again.
I know you guys don't want to do it, and for good reasons, but please do weigh it against how offputting it can be to not have any weather depiction at all and enjoy the aircraft getting torn apart in a night-time thunderstorm that could not be seen.

That will not be pursued. Allocating resources to this would not provide a return on investment, especially with a fully featured API on the way, ensuring proper compatibility. Developing a temporary solution in the meantime would be an unnecessary expenditure.

Does anyone know if there is a way to adapt, on the CL650 for XP11, the weather radar from another developer, since it seems that Hot Start is not very concerned with solving the problem?

No, you will not be able to do this on your own. To be clear, you should also not expect a weather radar to be available in X-Plane 11. This is going to be a feature for X-Plane 12 once available.

Let me understand: the cl650 was released for XP11 initially without the weather radar. So XP11 users have been waiting for this for years. Now, you say that you won't have weather radar for XP11. Sincerely? Lack of respect and consideration for all initial buyers. Hot Start's regrettable attitude. I will not buy any more products from you, as I do not agree with the company's disrespect towards its consumers.

There were not promises made about a weather radar in X-Plane 11. I'm not sure where you came up with that idea. There has been talk about creating one with Laminar's advancements of their weather engine in X-Plane 12.

The market has largely left X-Plane 11. There are very few customers on that platform, as majority have adopted X-Plane 12.

Laminar does not supply a reliable way to read weather data for a radar yet, and they certainly won't be adding it to X-Plane 11. For the same reasons they won't go back in time, nor will we. You will need to update your simulator to X-Plane 12 if you wish to have a reliably accurate weather radar.

XP11 aircrafts with weather radar: A319/320/321 Toliss, B738 Zibo, E195 X-Crafts, C208 Thranda, SR22 Torquesim, etc. I don't believe it depends only on Laminar for Hot Start to put a WX on the CL650, if all other developers have put it on their products. There is no logic in this. But, if you have no interest in delivering a complete product, I believe it is a lost cause.

These are not fully complete WX radar implementations with accurate depictions. They are an attempt at something rather than nothing. We previously did the same on the TBM. It is a hack at best. You do not seem to understand the realities here.

This is rather laughable regarding the CL650. Nothing else needs to be said.
