In the last two flights with the IXEG something strange happened to me: the image of the cabin shifts randomly to the left and right and ... suddenly it does not, it happens a while and the same effect is shown. I do not know if it's the X-Plane or the IXEG. I did not fly yet another plane to see if the same thing happens.
Has anyone had a similar effect?
Thank you for the help you can give me.

I had this strange effect and I am pretty sure I stopped it by disabling the IGEX headshake option under preferences on the left side pop up screen in cockpit.

jolmos, are you describing the headshake option? :)

We try to emulate the turbulence and unstable air that is prevalent at lower altitudes... and as Pinky Ponk correctly said, if you don´t like that, you can turn it off (Deselect "Enable camera shaking".

Hi Jan

I like the shake effect, would like to keep it enabled, the sideways movement I find a but unrealistic like the OP experienced.  I'm sure it's a hard effect to nail!

Maybe it's possible to only enable the slight shake in future.

Hmm, I have to look at it again, I wasn´t aware of any side-to-side effect... the only thing I ever see is a higher frequency shake (in addition to the shake from the speedbrake, ground roll and flaps at high angles).

Thanks for pointing it out, Jan

No, I did not upgrade Gizmo.

What kind of FPS are you getting?

How many sims per frame is your XP install set for? (default is ~2?)

Do you have HDR enabled?

...all three of these things might affect this behaviour.

Low fps is a classic aggravator for floating point drift.

Sims per cycle might be affecting how many times sub system code written by IXEG is called.

Same for HDR, depending on where the head shake code is executing inside X-Planes game loop.

I experienced sudden shift sideways during touchdown (crosswind landings IIRC). It seemed exaggerated IMHO but I supposed the effect was intended. Not sure it ever happened midflight. XP10 currently not installed on my machine so I can't test it. But it was definately there. FPS "fixed" at 30 for all situations. HDR enabled, default (2) sims per frame. Win7 and Win10.

It seems that the problem was linked to the activation of the "File" - "Toggle AVI Movie" option. When I deactivated the same, I have not had another manifestation of the cabin displacement. Something related to the appreciation of "Litjan".
Notice if there is another news.

Thank you for this clue.
