No, Cold and Dark is unfeathered. If the Props are in the feathered Position, you have to unfeather them before starting the Engine. They will be locked in the feathered Position otherwise. That's the Mechanic of this Engines. Lock and Unlock Position is described in the Manual. If the Prop is feathered in Cold and Dark, place the power lever in REVERSE and hold the unfeather switch until the blades reach the lock position. Beta Lights will lit then. After Engine Start, Props must be set "Off the Locks". Condition Lever full forward and Throttle in Reverse. Or you will have no or less Power. If you want to Shutdown the Engines with Props in Feathered Position, Shutdown the Engine and put the Throttle in Reverse before RPM drops below 60%. Did not always work in the SIM. Reloading the Plane or switching to a new Airport resets this Setting. I think that's done for easier Handling of this Plane for those, who are not so familiar with the Procedures. They may wonder why they have no Power after starting the Engines like a PT6 Turbo Prop.

Hi all, I am unable to enter holding patterns in the Hotstart TBM900 G1000. My process is FPL - highlight waypoint - MENU - the 'Hold at Waypoint' option should be in the menu page however it isn't and it's the case with any/every waypoint I try to hold at. Is there a fix for this? thank you

I dusted off my MU2 in XP11 (I still use XP11 for VR). I'm still in love with this plane. I have some questions, though... When starting the MU2 in Cold&Dark mode, shouldn't the propellers be feathered ??? Mine are in this position: Is the only way to feather the propellers is to turn off the engines by moving the PROP lever to the "EMERG STOP" position ??? I have the "Save Control Positions of Exit" option checked, but when I restart the plane (which I left with the propellers feathered), the propellers are always positioned like this: How can I get the propellers to feather when loading the MU2 Cold&Dark ??? How does this play out in the real world ???

Hello, I'm new here and not sure how the commercial support is being handled. no one responds to the posts for TorqueSim and seems to be outdated for a long time, Anyways, I have a question please, hoping thaat someone can kindly help me. I use the TDS GTN and it powers on with the main bus, and this logic isn't correct as it should power on only with the avionics bus. I've reached out to TDS support, but most likely you guys can help me out with this. I have no issues with TDS with any other aircraft. Changing the ElectPower.Source in the ini file to 2 didn't fix this issue. Appreciated. Side question, I see that the last update for this aircraft was done 2 years ago, so, not sure if I should invest in the BN-2T since no real support is available, and stay away from any TorqueSim products. Correct me if I'm wrong pelase. Thanks!

Model is finished. Textures are finished. Saso is doing his best to take care of minor issues with the 650, one of which is getting the weather radar added to it. Once he finishes those, he'll send me a new TBM build so I can start initial testing in X-Plane 12 with animations and making sure textures look good. To sum up, as of this post, all artwork is considered done.

I have a problem with the FMC; it won't let me place a hold at any point along the route. When I try to set it, nothing happens. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Were you able to solve it?

It's fixed! The dev of x-camera helped me, there was an option to turn it off on plane loading.

Mine is (Honeycomb Bravo) but I've given up on this aircraft at this point with any fixes and in fact just removed it. Too bad it's kind of fun to fly but the G1000 has a problem once you stop and load another aircraft, you lose functionality due to the custom G1000 commands from the sundowner
