It's specific to ALL volumes at once, but on the left panel where the headset hooks up is a handheld volume control (or it looks like that). Mouse over it and the top click spot raises volume and the bottom lowers it. Best I can do. Circled in Red in the screenshot attached..

Yes, there are quite a few parameters to be met for an autoland approach to be legal (and safe), I think the crosswind limit was like 10 kts (it goes down with decreasing RVR). The 737´s autopilots have no access to the rudder, so it can not "decrab" or "sideslip" to counter crosswinds. It can also not maintain the centerline after touchdown (rollout), so all it does is fly you to touchdown (in full crab) and then the pilot has to take over and manage the rollout. Also keep in mind that some ILS localizers in X-Plane are not very well centered on the runway, this is due to inaccurate government data on localizer direction and also a certain leeway LR allows airport designers to place their runways (iirc it´s "within 5 meters" of the official runway end coordinate).

Max2307 started following LES Douglas DC-3 v2 - brakes problem
-
The YAW axis works correctly when assigned and responds as expected. However, the differential brakes are not working. When I press the right or left brake pedal, there is no response at all. The only way braking works is if I assign a button to the brake command, and in that case braking functions correctly. Unfortunately, without working differential braking, ground handling is basically impossible. Thank you guys Regards

GNS 530 problem, and DME too

Interesting. If you haven't already, I would bring this issue up over on the TorqueSim Discord. You're sure to get a reply from one of the developers there. - Yesterday

I've just gone round Birmingham and it works fine, with not winds or turbulance.. I'm guessing it has to be smooth (Not a bunch of turbulance etc) air for it to work and no more than 10kts of crosswind?.. You'll have to excuse my ignorance on that then.. I rarely use Autoland but just been experimenting with it, just in case I need it. Seems I've opened up some interesting areas with that, as in I have read that there is a bunch of criteria to be met when doing a full auto land (Which makes sense.) Cheers for double checking though. Often too easy to be lulled into thinking something isn't right, cos someone else thinks so, I feel better now. The whole flight model thing stemmed from this but I already learned when to cut power at different flap settings or correctly trim the aircraft. I will accept that It's most likely user error.

I do not see any problem with it.

Looking good to me, how the dual channel autoland working for you?.. I might be missing something.. I'll try again mi self in a bit with it.

@Vanadeo I just flew a pattern at TXKF with about 50 tons of weight (just under max landing weight), using flaps 40 and autobrake 3 for landing. The Vref was 131 and the Vtgt was 136 (no wind). On the replay it looks like the autobrake was disarmed at landing, but this was due to it being replay... I don´t feel that the nosewheel is coming down hard at all - if you are using autobrakes, the deceleration (especially at higher settings) sets in almost instantly and the resultant deceleration force will make the plane pitch down (like a car slamming the brakes also pitches down).

Not really, no .. I think for the most part it does feel fine, flies great. I'll be honest Jan, the fact that I am asking over a flight model update above anything else should at least put a smile on your face, maybe you should perhaps ask what areas I think are not quite right. I'm not saying it's bad.. I dunno you're the bloody 737 pilot, tell me that a 737 looses elevator authority, flaps 40 during flare. I literally cut power at 10foot now and that helps, could be right, I dunno. Either occasion as soon as the main gear touch down the nose wheel hits firm (Found that to be when autobrakes kick in) .. Could be correct, then other aircraft don't seem to be as abrupt. I'm having issue with dual channel autoland.. tried different airports, either slams me into the ground or I'm way off from centreline, never did this before. Folk crying over opening doors and textures and specific sounds, Yet I come along and mention a flight model update and I get ridiculed xD.. Might just be some tweaking needed.. All of what I am experiencing now.. I never had an issue with a year ago maybe or with XP11 for sure. Otherwise I wouldn't say owt.. you can keep your opening doors, FMOD, shaking engines, waving pilots.. etc... Ugh I'm having another beer/... Merry christmas.

SimHeaven Release X-World America For XP12

Log.txtJust have the same problem. Restarting the sim now. Here is the log for reference

My Islander has finally loaded in game and has not crashed as of writing this. I have not flown it just get but I am idle and parked in the normal avionics variant, with default livery. Previously I could not load any version so for now I am happy at least one of the three seems ok. Here's what I did: - I was running XP 12.3.3 (I hesitated to update because of reports that the new update gave performance drops in frames per second) - I updated my XP to 12.4.0-b1 - uninstalled the Islander, deleted all the X-aviation folders - re-downloaded the installer from store - reinstalled the islander Will report back after checking to see if the other two variants load.
-
Seeing as it's randomly happening, I'd say it's something to do with your system or setup. If it was a problem with the CL650, it would be happening every time you load it. Try removing other 3rd party plugins and see if that helps.

Problem is back - meanwhile also updated NVIDIA driver to most current one, no joy.

No I don’t have, every single other aircraft is working fine

Please, I need help. I want to export the object to the X-Plain program from Blender 5, but I don't want any effect on it (light, shadow) or for other objects around it to be affected by it, in the game

I actually did have a look for documentation on the 2000. There's not much floating around, unfortunately.

Check your ticket. There was a response, I’ve been told. Maybe your email provider marked it as junk.

Lootus started following How to input ATC instruction related to VOR into MCDU?
-
Good evening, I need help entering ATC information into the MCDU of the Laminar a330-300. Situation: Flying in Germany. Contacted ATC of an airport and requested ILS approach to say RWY 10 of EDDN. Autopilot is engaged and following the entered flight plan. ATC instructs me to head to "NUB.I10". I found the VOR NUB which is located in the vicinity of the runway. Guessing that I(ndia)10 is some kind of fix, I read about how to enter a fix related to a VOR (NUB in this case). A radial seemed to make sense to me even though it most probably will not be rounded to tenths. However, the autopilot turns away from the runway as I approach the radial 100. I either mess up the programming or, more likely, don't know what I am doing at all :/ Could also bei both. Since I don't find any information or tutorial in which such instruction appears, I hope to find help here. Gruß Franz

I was about to take this up with Laminar, but I was updating my Airfoillabs KIngair 350, when I remembered that it does have dual GNS530s - I had forgotten that this was another example of such a set up. Anyway, I had a look at the GPS version, and the two 530s work perfectly - VORs identified, frequencies work and the radials and distances are displayed as they should be. So, I must conclude that if the Kingair works properly, but the 525 doesn't, it is not a Laminar problem. Please can Coop or whoever take another look at this?

IXEG 737 Classic Plus - 1.5.2 Black object/shadow over pilot seats.
Litjan replied to Fly757X's topic in Bug Reports
Sorry I can not provide a better solution at this time - I also talked to Tom, and he also said that there is no quick fix for this, it seems to be an artifact of the volumetric lighting effect.
