Sorry I missed that, once I zoomed in it was clearer.....
Try running the xp updater and disable plugins not associated with smp....
im not seeing this issue either, maybe we can narrow it down....
After you select the sky color you will need to manually load them....
I’d walk you through it but I’m not in front of XP, it is outlined in the manual....
It’s not indicating that SMP caused the crash and it appears you are running the beta in Vulkan....
I’d report this to LR and we will look into on our side, but expect crashes with the beta....
Give this a try,
1. Uninstall Soundmaxx
2. Run the X-Plane updater and pay attention to see if it installs missing sound files
3.Re-Install soundmaxx
Looking at the log it appears some sounds haven’t installed, the 747 and skid sound stand out....
A couple things to consider,
1. Some default aircraft use FMOD sounds and soundmaxx will not override these aircraft
2. Ambient sounds are not heard inside the cockpit.
3. You may need to adjust settings inside the soundmaxx UI from the plugins menu to your taste
4. Some airports aren’t complete in default x-plane and soundmaxx will not provide airport sounds(rare but it does happen)
We collaborated with FSGRW and that’s why you are seeing more in conjunction with smp and rwc.
This combination actually has more depth over any other option in XP right now.
Although ASXP has a trick interface and more notoriety it fails at limiting itself to 3 layers and not being able to present more Detailed information from the metar.
If you’d like to continue using ASXP, try giving them a shout in regards to smp integration we’d be more than happy to help them....
I’m confused, rwc comes with an installer, just run the installer....input your credentials and select the X-Plane root folder.
If you go to the plugins folder, under rwc,we provided an ops manual too.....
If it installs, I would check that you are using the X-Plane root folder during installation. If the plugin isn’t in the proper location it will not load...
Please provide us with a log.txt also
A couple things to consider....
SMP does not provide windshield effects
Rain is positioned accurately via metar interpretations when using rwc , you may be in an area of light precipitation
Inside The SMP dialog you can make adjustment to the precipitation to make it more visible
Finally what aircraft are you using? Maybe an unknown issue we aren’t aware of?
Sorry Fabio I haven’t had time to fire up xp to give you a good example.
Im dealing with the end of year rush, an extremely busy time for me.
I’ll follow up once I have time.....
