  1. Current charts can be downloaded directly into the G1000 from the FAA website (U.S) and from aerorouters (Europe...as long as you have an account). And you DO need an internet connection. They are not "built in". Navigraph implementation is being worked on for a future update.
  2. Making a new normal map with reduced gloss will change the gloss for the props. It's possible to do, but will require some trial and error. And yes, the texture for the flat section around the beacon is on the horizontal tail. (Wasn't me who textured it like that. It was the texture guy that was with us back then.)
  3. For now, all focus is on the TBM 900 I'm working on. I spoke to Jim yesterday, actually, about the Citation. If all goes well, it'll be better than what we already have. Unfortunately, it won't be out this year.
  4. There is a Prop texture, but when the engines are running, the prop disc in the root folder of the Saab is what is being shown. You could make your own prop disc, but you would need to make it separate from our one.
  5. Thanks Dave. Much appreciated.
  6. OVRD Switch
  7. Did you meet any of these criteria...
  8. Are you properly configured? Flaps are down?
  9. So the plugin DEFINITELY killed the Garmin and autopilot??
  10. Interesting, to say the least. Thanks for the zip. I'm not sure there's much, if anything, Jim can do on our end, as it's obviously in their code. But if it happens on other systems, we now have something to go back to our customers with. Thanks again
  11. Can you please post your Log.txt and GizmoLog.txt files in here. They are found in your root X-Plane folder. Post them immediately after loading the Saab, and no other aircraft, as they get written again when you reload.
  12. Sorry for the late reply. As mentioned above, it's just the stock X Plane GPS. Nothing special about it.
  13. We came across many things we questioned as to why it would be done a certain way. It's definitely a unique aircraft.
  14. 1. Should be in the doc's, but if they're not, I'll see if I can find them in the official documentation and maybe post them somewhere. 2. Just the way it is in the real thing. 3. During flight, the WoW (Weight on Wheels) switch, which is linked to the different areas on the throttle console, prevents the throttles from going below idle. This is a safety measure implemented by Saab. While on the ground, you can bring the levers back to GRD Idle due to the WoW switch being engaged.

  16. This has already been mentioned and we've found a few workarounds for it. We'll post something shortly.
  17. I'll look into the weights a little more and run a few tests, then come back with a possible fix.
  18. Tested on my machine as well. All levers stay where they are.
  19. https://www.pcworld.com/article/2953978/displays/use-windows-10s-individual-display-scaling-to-perfect-your-multi-monitor-setup.html Make sure you choose 100% scaling.
  20. No. You can install it in any folder. So just to confirm, you double click the installer, it asks you for your email and password (same email and password as your X-Aviation account), you enter those, and that error message comes up?
  21. Understood. For future reference, you know to just submit 1 ticket, and you will be seen to. They try to reply within a 3 day period, but sometimes it can take longer. I think I've seen this before. I think the value you need to enter is your password or email (or both). It looks like you have scaling at something greater than 100%. Can you please change your scaling to 100% and see if you can then enter the email and password to your account. It should install after that.
  22. Please don't submit more than 1 ticket. Doing so will kill the first one, and the 2nd one will go to the back of the line. What's the problem?
  23. The glass has been completely reworked from scratch. The previous glass you described, had the green tint on it to show that it's "there". Glass was a lot more difficult to create for other X Plane versions. Because of X Plane PBR rendering, I got rid of the tint, made it a more neutral color, as it is on the real aircraft, and made it completely PBR. The way it reflects on the inside and outside is exactly the same. I'm guessing the reason you're not seeing as much reflection on the outside is because there are a lot more objects inside to reflect, than the outside.
  24. 1. Not sure this should be happening. Others were complaining that they're stuck adjusting in 100's of feet. We'll look into it, though. 2. Weird. I'll take a look and a small update will come out soon if it's an issue. 3. I can turn the reflections down. I'll see about just uploading a new texture for this.
  25. Can you delete/move the JarDesign Ground Handling plugin and test without it installed. Please post back if the problem persists.
