  1. I've forwarded this post to Saso.

Your crash is pointing to LiveTraffic crashing the sim while the TBM is running. Can you try removing LiveTraffic and trying it again?

Your graphics card drivers are very out of date. Current drivers are 419.35, and you're running 388.13. This TBM update takes advantage of new features in the current drivers. I agree, constant problems are a nuisance, but if your graphics card drivers are not up to date, that's not something we can help with, other than to advise you to update them. Just a small edit. Comparing the TBM to other add ons is not something someone can do easily. The TBM is, in my opinion, more advanced than most, if not all add ons in the community. It is pushing the X-Plane API to it's limits, and conflicts can arise with other plugins, corrupt ortho scenery tiles (by way of terrain radar), AI traffic, weather, old drivers, etc... Add ons are designed to run on a bare installation of X-Plane. If problems arise, we try to fix them, if we can, on our end. If we can't, we ask the devs of the conflicting add on to see if they can fix it on their end.
  4. Sweet. Glad you have it finally sorted
  5. Looks like XSB weather crashed the sim while it was doing a push.
  6. The walk around is mainly for the VR guys.
  7. Treated by Armorall in the factory. Thanks for the compliment. Hope you enjoy.
  8. The light is just not being occluded by the mesh. I'll see what I can do about it for a future update

The oxygen switch is for the oxygen masks. The whole cabin is pressurized. So if you're getting an oxygen warning, 1 of your doors definitely is NOT closed. The doors are a 2 step mechanism. Front door, you click the bottom edge of the door to bring it in, but then click the handle to lock. Same with the rear door. If you have done all this, and still not getting a pressurized cabin, then you have a ruptured pressure vessel, which, from memory, needs a new airframe. You can create a new airframe from the maintenance manager.

You need to assign that to "toggle reverse thrust". This will bring it back past the stop and you can go to taxi mode and reverse thrust mode.
  12. We'll get you sorted out. It definitely looks like an isolated case. Perhaps in the morning, try a scandisk or error check and see if Windows has some corrupt files. There are posts about that in here where people were having problems, then after running the scandisk, everything worked. We'll try and pick it up tomorrow
  13. Good luck. Please post back the results.
  14. Only if you have the original 1.1.6 folder Can you post a log.txt file?
  15. You could try that if you like. Failing that, head on over to the discord and DM Saso (totoritko) directly.
  16. Yeah, I saw you using Steam in your log. That's why I suggested downloading the trial. Otherwise, I would just tell you to move your X-Plane folder out of the Program Files folder. Austin does warn against installing the sim in Program Files, but I don't know what effect it would have when installed via Steam.
  17. Time to get serious. Sorry to make you do this, but can you download the demo of X-Plane and install it on your desktop. No scenery. Bare naked X-Plane. Then install the TBM in that, and try again. I'm sorry to ask you to do this, but you are literally the only person with this specific problem. The reason I am asking you to do this is because if X-Plane does not close on the demo version, then it's a 100% certainty that it's some kind of hardware or software (Windows itself) issue you're experiencing.
  18. @skiselkov Any ideas?
  19. Found something interesting. Can you somehow remove or disconnect Airport Navigator from X-Plane, and then try again?
  20. Try something a little drastic...if you don't mind losing an airframe. Close the sim completely. Uninstall the aircraft using the TBM uninstaller found in X-Plane 11/X-Aviation. After running the uninstaller, delete the Aircraft/X-Aviation/TBM 900 folder to make sure any leftover files are gone. Delete the Output/TBM900 folder. Run the installer. Reload the sim selecting any default aircraft. Switch to the TBM. Try to shut the sim down. If that works, restart the sim. Select the TBM in the Aircraft Selection screen. Wait for it to load. Shut the sim down. Post back with results.
  21. It's ok, Ray Just remember there are always people around who will help you. But keep in mind... we're regular people who sleep, eat, spend time with our families, but we always come back here to see if anyone needs help. We can't always respond IMMEDIATELY. Regarding the engines, like Cameron said...it's simply not possible due to the systems complexity to start with engines running. Call it an X-Plane limitation. If it were even remotely possible, we would look into it and maybe add that option.
  22. Computer viruses don't catch fire. How many updates were you expecting within 3 weeks? The vast majority of developers publish 3 updates in as many years. And you're considered lucky if you get THAT many. The TBM we made is coded to ignore that tickbox (Start with engines running) because of it's complexity. Once you go through the included tutorials, you can start it up in less than 1 minute. To get the covers off, just open the maintenance manager, visible off to the left hand side, and click on each spot where the covers are. Another 10 seconds of clicking. And that's only if you put the covers on when you flew the aircraft last. (All this is in the manual, by the way. Hopefully you read it, because it took a little bit of effort to put it together). The other method is to do a virtual walkaround of the aircraft, and click on each cover. They simply disappear. We made this aircraft to operate like the real world counterpart. That includes covers and flags. When you calm down, feel free to come back here and ask any questions you like. I'll be more than happy to answer them for you. Alternatively, as Ben suggested, the Carenado TBM 850 might be more suited to you. Regards, Goran
  23. log.txt?
  24. Log.txt file?
  25. Definitely sounds like an ortho tile if it's at the same location. Yes, please post back if you find it.
