  1. Try deleting the contents of your state folder and see if that fixes it. @i2iweb, do you have some kind of AI running?
  2. Try either the maintenance manager and make sure everything is working, or delete the contents of your state folder and reload. Do it in that order. Please post back results.

    Brake power?

I suspect that is your problem. Other aircraft use the default braking that X-Plane provides. There is no reason not to. The brakes on the TBM are customized because of how they work with the parking brake. Try disabling your script and see if the problem goes away.
  4. It looks like X-Plane, the TBM and LiveTraffic are having issues with the latest Windows update. Try deleting or if you want to back up your airframe, moving the contents of your state folder to the desktop (X-Plane 11/Output/TBM900/state) and reload. Please post back with results.
  5. Delete the contents of your state folder and try loading it again.

  7. I understand your frustration, but the update literally came out a couple of days ago. And due to the current volume of support, it’s difficult to get to everyone. We’re trying to sort this out, and I’m in the middle of LAX doing what I can with support on my cell phone, at this very moment. Unfortunately, I’m not in charge of reissuing installers. That’s up to Cameron. I’ll talk to him and see what he can do. please see the attached image which is on the contact section of x-aviation, and note the bold text at the bottom.

    CTD - TBM900

We need the log.txt file. If it happens again, please attach that file. Not TBM900_log.txt
  9. This is being looked into.

    Brake power?

Check all your hardware assignments and make sure nothing is interfering with the brakes.
  11. Please don’t file more than one ticket. It pushes your original ticket out and your new one goes to the back of the support line. You don’t have to shut off your anti virus. Just add an exception to it that allows a download of the package. The false positive is the Linux installer.
  12. Saso is aware of this and looking into it. Rest assured, we’ll have it resolved as quickly as possible.
  13. Add it to your exclusion list. It’s absolutely 100% safe.
  14. Previous installers won’t work. You need to have backed up your entire folder. We’re looking into the stuttering.
  15. Happened to me several times with other software. I had Kaspersky and it wasn’t allowing iTunes to run properly. I spent an hour with iTunes customer support trying to sort it out. I also have Flux player, used to watch videos bought on justplanes. My internet security flagged it as full of malware. There’s no way we would risk our reputation by adding some kind of a virus in the installer.

  18. Happy to see you got it straightened out.
  19. I think this has been addressed in the update, as best as it can be, and it may be fixed. The update is going through testing and should be out very soon.
  20. I'll be more than happy to help you out, but can we keep it to 1 post. http://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/topic/17018-tbm-900-multiple-crashes-and-issues/

  23. Can you confirm you don't even have X-Plane's own AI running? ie. other aircraft is set to zero.
  24. Please post log.txt after a crash.
  25. I've responded to several people with the same problem you are having. The fault does not lie, as far as we know, with the TBM. So a refund can't be given. The exception handler problem occurs when you have some kind of AI traffic running. This is something that needs to be addressed with the World traffic developers because all the TBM is doing is reading traffic. When the error comes up as it does (something reinstalled our exception handler), that is very likely the traffic program doing something to the TBM and causing a crash. Not all crashes are caused by the TBM. For a workaround, please see this post.
