Windows X-Plane CTD when changing planes after flying CRJ-200
birdy.dma replied to pryoski's topic in Canadair CRJ-200
Hi philipp, The windows version is a lost cause, anyway. It's a lost cause for: the CRJ?, XPUIPC?, XPlane?, Gizmo? Please, don't make me anxious. -
Windows X-Plane CTD when changing planes after flying CRJ-200
birdy.dma replied to pryoski's topic in Canadair CRJ-200
For information, the 1.5.3 release don’t like XPuipc ( i usualy use it to connect Plan-g and X plane ), or may be XPuipc don’t like the 1.5.3 release. To exit X plane without a Crash reporter, I have to load an other plane, or disable the CRJ200 avionics plugin, or disable XPuipc. It’s not a problem here, as I don’t need a moving map to fly the CRJ, XPuipc is not mandatory. Now, waiting for a 64bits IVAO or VATSIM plugin. Thanks to all. Claude. -
Cessna Corvalis TT Version 1.5 Update Released!
birdy.dma replied to Cameron's topic in Cessna Corvalis
Thanks for the update. First, i have deinstalled the 1.3 version using the unistaller of the main Xplane10 folder. Now, I have a Gizmo.plugin folder with 2 files: OpenAL32.dll and pthreadGC32.dll. And an other Gizmo64.plugin with 2 folders. I just enter in the cockpit of the CRJ200, Falco, and the Jetstream. Look like everything is right. But it is only a first glance. Do I miss something ? Claude. -
Hi Tom, I have to convert my Garmin GTX330 transponder to Lua. Will you use the conversion for the Falco? I barely do and its great fun to fly IFR and on VATSIM Don't forget Ivao. Xivap 64 bits will be ready in sone weeks: http://fr.forum.ivao.aero/index.php?topic=216208.0 Claude.

I agree with Kris. Be patient. Here are very serious and devoted guys. -
Javier, is there a light here?: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?showtopic=66320 or here?: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?showtopic=67587 Regards.

Sorry Javier. I missed this one. adlrx, you have also a video of a complete flight here:

Hi Japo, A lot of addendums for the CRJ. Not for the Jetstream. The only one is here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php/topic/4551-bae-jetstream-32-version-103-update-released/ Anyway,it’s enough. Claude.
-
Hello adlerx, The Jetstream forum is here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php/forum/154-british-aerospace-jetstream-32/ Regards.

For Xsquawkbox, launch the 32 bits .exe. For your first flights, you can use the stocks planes. You can have a glance to this one: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php/topic/4865-general-aviation-c172sp-wide-panel-project/ Then here is the right place: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/ Flight planes:. I use Plan-G associated with Xpuipc and display the map and traffic on a second sceen. Do a Google search, as many softs are around there. Claude.

Hi Javier, I think there is always room for some improvements. Remember the interesting post of Simon: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php/topic/4069-x-aviation-crj-200-152-to-1xx-upgrade-attn-javier-phillip-cameron-and-community/ Lack of something for pushback Weight and balance, the virtual dispatch of igorland is nice and enough. For training, Ivaoing or gaming: Flying with a crew of 2. Am I dreaming ? Te envia carinos. Amitiés.
-
Also, Plan-G works perfecty with Xpuipc ( so we have a moving map ), and Vatsim.
-
If you all want it you have to ask Laminar to do it Done.
-
Javier, you wrote page 20: This panel is simulated to work separatelly the instruments of the pilot and the copilot. It is done that way, first because is the way that is done in real plane, but also because I am searching the posibility of sharing cockpits online so a pilot and a copilot could fly together. Of course nothing is promised, but the posibility is just there. Even x-plane 9 already had that posibiltiy implemented but the problem is that the system to make it, is not very friendly. As said I will investigate more. Do you find a way to do it ? If you do it you will be a super heroe, greater than Joselito, Superman, Alonso, Super Mario. If you do it, i am first on the list to have a fly with Cessna729 as instructor, to improve my "piloting" and my English. If you do it for the CRJ, you will be a half God, as Hercules was. No more, no less. Smacks to Inma and Teo.
-
Good catch Cooley. Many thanks.
-
Even better. Thanks igorland. As for1.1, download is not possible here. Can you use different kinds of caracters in the PDF summary ? For example to read in one glance: Payload, fuel, cg, Vref among other values. Until we have a native tool Inside the CRJ, this one could be added by Javier in the Users modifications folder.
-
Great job igorland ! Simply perfect. PS: can't download the 1.1 realese at X Pilot.
-
Hi Japo. Happy birthday. You are lucky to be in Avila. A really nice place. I can't join you here, no airport for the CRJ.

[SOLVED] X-PLANE 10 Beta 5 (32bit) (64bit) CRJ-200
birdy.dma replied to 0164beechwood456's topic in Canadair CRJ-200
Not yet 64 bits version here. Be patient. This e-mail is being sent to you because you are a purchaser of the Take Command! CRJ-200. In case you are unaware, the 64-bit version of X-Plane (10.2+) was released as a beta very recently. While this is good news and a giant leap forward, all plug-ins that have ever been created for X-Plane were rendered inoperable until updates were made to compile the plug-ins as 64-bit compliant. Some stores have begun sending out copies of the 64-bit version of the CRJ-200, however, we have not. While we have every intention of sending all users a free copy of the CRJ-200 in 64-bit format, we feel it's also necessary to give our customers a smooth upgrade process. Right now, those distributing 64-bit versions of the CRJ have a new install process. Users in 32-bit are being left behind with an earlier version of the CRJ-200, while 64-bit users are getting an entirely different version. This also means we will need to re-write our installers to be smart enough to know what to do during the install process and not give customers headaches! The biggest issue right now is that we have seen many issues internally on testing with 64-bit, and we do not wish to push these issues on to you as our customer at this time. As the CRJ-200's largest distributor we must be careful in what we deploy and how we do it so that the transition is easy on everyone, both on our side and your own! Also: We have heard some reports of users using version 1.5.2 of the CRJ-200 and having crash issues. If this applies to you, please contact us immediately so that we may help you resolve this problem! We will happily get you to a stable point, and quickly! The last issue we would like to address pertains to compatibility. As it stands now, the 64-bit version of the CRJ-200 is not working in OS X 10.6.x for Mac users. We will have a final announcement on whether this will remain the situation once we ship. We are doing everything in our power to get as many people included in this transition as possible, as we understand a good number of you are still on this version of the Mac operating system! Our number one priority is our customers. We want all of you to have a great experience, as we understand that X-Plane is most everyone's hobby and a way to "get away." Interfering with your valuable time while bugs potentially still exist and having the upgrade process to 64-bit becoming complex on the customer's end is not something we wish to impose on you, nor do we wish to cut into your valuable time. As soon as we get all issues squared away and in a seamless way we will immediately contact you again for your upgrade! So, to re-cap: 1. New installer code will need to be created to make the experience to upgrade to the next version of the CRJ-200 easier on our customers. We are already working on this. 2. We are waiting to resolve a few more 64-bit bugs before handing the CRJ-200 off to you. We appreciate your time in reading this e-mail, and wish you many happy flights!
