  1. Hi, I often get duplicate altitude callouts when on short final. I'm in a steady descent and tracking the glideslope and will hear for example 500 and very soon thereafter another 500 callout. Anyone else experiencing this?
  2. I'm guessing it's "in accordance with"...
  3. Hi, Not sure is this is a bug or not 100% complete yet... my progress page is displaying a distance to go of 39.3 NM to T/C with an ETA of 1348Z. The next waypoint in my flightplan is way beyond the T/C with an indicated distance to go of 92.2 NM and an ETA of 1350Z. This is only 2 minutes more than T/C, but more than double the distance to go. IXEG_FMS_debug.txt
  4. Hi, FMEE runway 12 UNKI4C departure is still producing a weird route on the map in 1.0.7. I'm still using the stock navdata. The arrival at FMMI is also looking a bit suspect... ILSY11 with TE1Z arrival and IO transition. IXEG_FMS_debug.txt
  5. Hi, Once I'm in level cruise and I select LRC on the ACT ECON CRZ page and select ERASE I get a Gizmo soft crash. IXEG_FMS_debug.txt GizmoLog.txt
  6. Where's the button (command) to refill the first officer's cup? Poor guy is running on empty...
  7. Just read through this post... and I'm absolutely amazed by the feedback and interaction from IXEG. And the fact that you actually share some info with regards to your bug fixing and issue resolution processes. Well done... keep it up.
  8. Hi Bonbod, Which version of FlyWithLua are you using? I downloaded the latest v 2.2. Just a thought...
  9. Hi Jan, I found something similar (I think) at Reunion (FMEE). Not sure if it is the same bug. RWY 12 UNKI4C departure. Just thought I'd let you know. Jean
  10. Hi André, I'm still tweaking the script and will share once I'm happy that it will be usable,,, Jean
  11. Thanks. Did another check and the "ixeg/733/MCP/mcp_lnav_ann" dataref is displaying the state of the LNAV annunciator. Forgot to mention that I'm using XPLMGetDataf. So read it as a float.
  12. That's weird... I'm still getting 1 only when I keep the button down. The annunciator should at least give the correct value when lit... hmmm.
  13. Hi guys, Just had a look and the dataref is working fine... the problem is that this dataref will only show the state of the switch. Due to fact that it's a momentary push button you will only get 1 if you hold down the button. It does not give you the actual state of LNAV. IXEG will have to "expose" more datarefs which will allow you to get the actual state of things behind the scenes.
  14. Nicely done. I like the fact that you're showing some of the procedures for managing your speed and climb rate after takeoff. How about doing the arrival for this flight?
  15. Thanks Jan. Makes sense. I've subsequently changed my LUA script to only allow a max of 7 degrees nose wheel steering when using the rudders. The tiller will give me 78 degrees. Works a charm. Now I'm just looking for that dataref which knows whether I'm holding the tiller...
  16. Thanks for the info Jan. I would then imagine that at some point (speed) the tiller should not respond to rudder input anymore?
  17. Hi Guys, I played around with a LUA script and I'm now able to use my tiller and rudder independently. There is however no "override" between the two. So rudder axis will only move rudder and tiller axis will only move tiller... Just out of curiosity... how does it work in the real plane? Thanks
  18. You can also write a small script in FlyWithLUA to temporarily "re-add" the missing commands. Then you map them as usual through the X-plane Joystick & Equipment menu.
  19. Hi Bonbod, I tried your "full" script and ran it for almost 3 hours without any issues. I'll keep it active and let you know if do get any stack overflows...
  20. Thanks Jan... no rush. One thing I forgot to mention was that as you hold the PTT and frames are dropping there is a subtle increase in what sounds like wind noise in the background. As soon as you close the Ground Service menu you can hear the "noise" disappear. Opening the Ground Services menu will again introduce this "noise".
  21. 1.0.4 (Ready to Fly) Not sure if this qualifies as a bug but definitely some weird behaviour when using the Audio Control Panel. When I toggle the F/O PTT switch to Intercom (I/C) then the Ground Services menu appears. The Flight Interphone (FLT INT) Receiver switch is active and the MIC selector is on PA by default. Now if I toggle and hold the PTT switch to I/C then my frames gradually decrease from a steady 30 to as low as 5 fps. If I close the Ground Services menu then the frames shoot back to 30. Any subsequent opening of the Ground Services menu, irrespective from where (side menu, ground call button on overhead panel) will once again drop my frames back to 5, or whatever the framerate was when the PTT was originally released. Now by changing the F/O MIC selector from PA to FLT INT will have the same effect when toggling the PTT to Radio Transmit (R/T). By deselecting the FLT INT Receiver switch will allow me to toggle the PTT to R/T or I/C without displaying the Ground Services menu. The same behaviour can be reproduced on the CAPT Audio Control Panel. It can also be reproduced from a Cold & Dark cockpit. Rebooting Gizmo will get rid of the low frames on the Ground Services menu... until your repeat the above. Just thought I'd share this... Jean
  22. Hi, Not sure if this has already been reported... When you "acknowledge" your V-speeds on page one of the "Act Takeoff Ref" page and you go to page two and enter a runway wind component shouldn't the V-speeds be recalculated and cleared on page1? Jean
  23. +1... I would also like this. Jean
