Same here I redid a fresh minty download install of x-plane Ok i lost a slot off the 737 and a 767 but hey ho i went through my plugins before the fresh install, decided what i really needed Did install of x-plane, added my now few plugins Spent 18hrs or so wading through my Custom Scenery Got that real nicely thinned down Added the 737 and my second payware i just got a 767 Used Gizmo to redo last hot fix Sorted the navigraph data Made exception in Defender for x-plane Seems really nimble now No problems Only problems being new to complicated fmc stuff is, doing a route, i sometimes have gaps in the route, so i copy following ref, and click it to the missing link to create a working full route, no idea if this is correct, but so far i'm touring the globe A to B with zero problems Tony Edit : Plugins installed now .... Airport Navigator (though now with navigraph i hardly use it ! and AutoGate v1.71, did away with RTH and numerous others, RTH will go back in when i find how to backup whater's needed so stuff can be reverted back to stock, maybe the dataref file, no idea until i fully check lol Tony

Tony ps :Did have flap vortexes early hours of todat taking off at LOWI for a laugh, accidently deleted short vid of them, now found out ssd drives you can't undelete lol They seem to emmerge off the outer edge of the flpas btw, no idea if that's the norm, but was nice surprise to see nonetheless

Hiya Celis, Well i can't comment on it to help you as i'm new myself Still looks a nice landing Best is for me, i did a landing at ENBR days ago, to me i think i was like 75% realistic, had what i think were the correct lights, had sorted my flaps/speed in fmc, set landing rwy altitude, from watching other vids on yt and Jans tut vids, i think my flaps down timing was on the ball Then i hit fraps key, err, didn't have it loaded lol But, fun is fun is fun as i say Learning is easier if you enjoy Tony ps: don't worry about posting pics or vids in my posts, i need all the help i can get hehe

Heya Celis, Your's looks brilliant I think i have gibraltar installed, might give that a try Ohh lastnight before sleep (well very late am lol) i had a try for laughs from lowi, just to check on settings for roads etc i latered, perfect clouds and temps i guess, i got flap vortexes, frapped a very short clip of it, will post later I can go A-B via fmc now, taking off-surviving-landing, now it's the hard job of the small routine items and in the correct sequence This amount of fun would be taxed in the UK if they could lmao Never missed so much sleep over a sim in all my life Take Care Tony

Hiya's, It's been a haul being a noob n all But i'm getting there a bit faster now Still doing so many things wrong, like forgetting correct lights and on the odd occasion of forgetting landing altitudes But, i can get a flight plan done/followed/finished Top vid Finals at EGCC Last vid Finals at ENBR Just simple vids nothing fancy But i'm happy as larry now And love every aspect of learning everything i need to Have Fun Tony

Do you know if you get so many installs like smp and planes ? With no uninstaller present, it usually means you click to install then it reverts to giving you an option of uninstalling then installing again I'm on my second slot on my new 737 lol and also a 767 i got sunday has now took a second slot hehe (well not many hours after i got it, found out later you can't have it on same pc on two hdd's unlike smp/rwc and the 737) So don't mess if you're near a limit of your installs (someday i'll learn this i guess lol, delete only when you're sure you aren't deleting your only backup !! and date the damn backups when you save them grrrrrrrrr) Dang, seems we both on a wing and a prayer Still, could be worse, i could of just fubared a fresh minty x-plane install roflmao, damn i gotta laugh or i'd cry I've finally managed to get my setup looking perfect for my taste, so that's me done with trying damn plugins i'm not sure about) Gone 3am here so no idea if anyone will pass along to help you more Hopefully someone will Take Care Tony

Hiya, Yes to the first part The second part, only if items rely on what you've modded/changed Your best bet is to choose single option not the whole folder, that way, take a few seconds to absorb what it wants to default/update I only mess with whole items eg : bitmaps, so no data like ILS Vor etc As always (lol, i'm a fine one to talk) back up if you can beforehand if you're worried Tony ps : The HD mesh stays in you custom scenery folder, i keep a backup when i remember to hehe, but no, your mesh won't be altered as it's a kind of addon via your custom scenery folder, but, your stock airports will generally get defaulted/stocked and appear in the custom scenery folder, and i assume also the global airports So after i stop a repair/update from overwriting my altered items, i have to remove newly created stock airports that i have replaced with downloaded ones, this is the only downside i've found to the repair/update process

Hiya Andy, Well i was close on the plane lol Could of been worse i could of said A380 Best i can suggest is check the tube for a vid someone may of done I am guessing, the payware scenery works same as the smp and planes ? So it auto installs to where it's required ? I have no idea if it would even show up in the custom scenery ini , if it does, it might need moving by editing (doubt it though) Is there any pdf or alike that came with it ? While i fly EGCC ENBR i'll have a squint on the tube TTFN Tony
